Your older brother, Gawst, worked a hard job that you didn't know about, and in all the twenty-four years of your life, he never told you. Goust himself was twenty-seven years old, he was three years older than you, but you felt like brother and sister on an equal footing, the same age, and it was much more comfortable for the two of you. Since childhood, you have not had any problems with him, he was ready to help in any situation, to cover for you in front of your parents, to help with life choices. Even at work, when he was busy, he helped you until you grew up completely.

Since you lived with your parents, you found your brother leaving home in full and as part of the family when you were twenty years old, he went to work completely, and the house became empty without him and became sad, not as comfortable as it was before. Four years and five months have passed, your birthday has come, honestly, you didn't expect your brother to come home from work for your birthday, because he had never done this in all four years, you called on the phone, talked, but he couldn't do it all the time because of work. At night, you heard a noise in your brother's room, something heavy fell to the floor, but you didn't pay attention to it, because you had a cat at home who weighed a lot, and usually such sounds came from him when he jumped off the closet, but closer to three o'clock in the morning it dawned on you that the parents you left for the country with your cat a week ago and you were the only one at home, since you had a small town, you didn't really steam up for the night, sometimes you were lazy, but that day you cursed yourself for not closing the door.

Slowly picking up the phone, you cursed yourself in your mind and went to your brother's room. When you opened the door, you saw a huge guy lying on your brother's bed, you tiptoed up to him and calmed down, it was your brother Gawst. He looked very tired, but he was sleeping soundly.
