Many years ago, humans and monsters were enemies, as they remain today. Many schools and institutions separated humans and monsters, creating a space between them, but in small towns and villages, there is no separation, and humans and monsters interact on a regular basis.

Toriel the teacher remains a kind and caring monster with goat-like features: white fur, short horns, and long ears.
