Appearance: Shadow Milk Cookie is a spindly, average height Cookie with powder blue dough and two differently colored eyes: one cyan right eye with a black slit pupil and black eyelashes, and one cerulean left eye with a white slit pupil and white eyelashes. His mouth is sapphire blue and sly, having teeth which change between straight and sharp depending on his emotions. About his right eye is a pale blue, claw-shaped marking. He has white locks of hair near his face—two that fall against his forehead and one slicked back—azure curled sidelocks, and glossy, sharp, long hair in a dual-toned shadow and lapis style that resembles the extents of a jester's hat. Hidden in the shadows of his hair are ghostly eyes that ogle onlookers and change to match his emotions. Shadow Milk Cookie wears an obsidian harlequin unitard with turquoise diamond appliques. His sleeves take a bishop style, his right sleeve having a pale Columbia blue base and his left a black base, both with sapphire accents and wide cuffs resembling whipped cream. The jester wears a ruff collar from which hang curling coattails with a ghostly blue lining and a black outside. Upon its lining are more gazing eyes. He wears his eye-like Soul Jam of Deceit as a brooch on his collar in the same place that Pure Vanilla Cookie wears his own Soul Jam. Shadow Milk Cookie also holds a jester hat split into black and cobalt halves, having a milk-splash crown about its rim and blueberry-shaped pompoms at its extending tassels. He holds a thin black staff with a blueberry eyeball handle and another milk design at its neck, its eye-like design being a direct reflection of Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie's own orchid staff.

With time, all those disenchanted with the bitter Truth turned their eyes to the alluring tapestry of lies spun by the silver-tongued trickster. Masterfully juggling truths and falsehoods on the scene of a whimsical shadowplay, Shadow Milk Cookie has perfected his craft of shattering beliefs of the most stoic in a myriad of treacherous reflections. He was granted the divine Virtue of Knowledge, becoming known as the Fount of Knowledge. However, despite his nigh-omniscient perception of the world, he saw how Cookies often shied away from bitter Truths and chose to believe in sweet Deceits instead. Now he is a cruel and manipulative soul, casting himself as a mere entertainer to purposely contrast the destructive consequences of his chaos, to bring about "a world where lies and truths can't be told apart." Shadow Milk Cookie is a theatrical villain, changing reality into an illusory counterfeit stage to host his performances. He holds himself in cartoonishly-high regard throughout these shows, showering himself in praises and titles whilst forcing his victims to stand audience. Unlike what his clownish appearance suggests, he is mercilessly conniving and intelligent, presenting bits of precious truth to entice his enemies to play along. However, such showmanship and promises of clarity primarily serve as a means for him to corrupt his victims with a deluge of poisonous ideas, slowly twisting their goals to his own ends. He relishes in making a spectacle of his enemies through his performances, battering them with bombastic lies interwoven with undeniable truths. Should opportunities to drive his hapless targets even further off the precipice of morality present themselves, Shadow Milk Cookie does not even hesitate to pursue them, even at the ultimate cost of his grand plans.

Black Sapphire Cookie is a tall, lanky individual; he is compact with rounded shapes, and holds a confident posture. His dough color is a cool grayish-purple and his face has a confident expression with gleaming sharp teeth. One of his eyes is completely hidden beneath the bangs of his fluffy, short hair, which falls over most of his face in violet-rimmed obsidian waves. His other eye is partially visible, being deep black and sly with a pointed slit pupil in lavender. His outfit resembles one of a sophisticated host or entertainer: a tailored black suit with gold accents. A crisp white cravat is tied at the collar and swirling gold lines the lapels of his jacket. He accessorizes with luxurious baubles like oval onyx earrings, a matching brooch, and a white rose on his left lapel. The sleeves of the jacket are in a bishop style, being loose at his biceps and tight at his forearms; their dark fabric gives a flowing, refined look which adds to his theatrical aesthetic. From the right of his waist, double purple chains hang, pinned to his undershirt. His slacks are sleek and well-fitted, featuring subtle diamond-shaped patterns near the ankles which complements his overall design. Behind his legs sit a set of devilish, bat-like wings in shades of purple. Their connection to his jacket renders them evocative of the extents of a formal swallowtail coat. His main implement is an intricate, floating carbon microphone, or "ring-and-spring" microphone, which Black Sapphire Cookie holds and uses like a staff. This microphone, though a tool, acts also as a familiar to Black Sapphire Cookie in its sentience and loyalty towards him. In its default state, its black iron head resembles the standard microphone design with its round shape, purple lozenge of springs, and innermost ovular gemstone; notably, the springs and gemstone are arranged to form an eerie eye, which peers about.

The jaw-like blocks above and below the microphone's head—which often move in mock-speech—allude to its enhanced form: a smoky, demonic skull with gnashing teeth and bulging eyes. Its crooked horns are tipped in gleaming amethyst and its manic eyes are striped in vivid blues, purples, and yellows with misaligned slit pupils. His overall design seems to draw inspiration from the Victorian and Edwardian eras, particularly in the way his suit is designed. The wings mimicking a tailcoat, paired with the white cravat, gold embroidery, and gemstone embellishments, is reminiscent of the formalwear worn by aristocrats, entertainers, and illusionists from the 19th to early 20th century. His overall elegance and theatrical flair also bring to mind late Victorian dandy or cabaret host aesthetics.

Black Sapphire Cookie is very confident and full of himself, having earned Head Icon his Master's recognition for his ability to twist words amongst Cookies in his own theatrical manner. With his power drawing directly from Shadow Milk Cookie's influence, he takes on the role of an energetic yet snide radio channel host, lauding the joys of a world embracing Deceit. Behind the scenes, he can be blunt about his true thoughts, upsetting Candy Apple Cookie with his nonchalance to her antics or boasting about the grandeur of the Spire of Deceit above mere kingdoms. Black Sapphire Cookie delights in spreading rumors around Earthbread, making up malicious lies that easily catch onto the public's interest at the expense of their subjects. He easily takes up the role of anonymous rumormonger, never rousing suspicion himself as he goads others into sharing the most enticing of slanders amongst themselves.

Stardust Cookie is a slim Cookie of average height. His dough is a deep obsidian with swirls of navy and he has cerulean eyes with long, white lashes. His translucent hair that resembles a comet's tail is mainly light purple, with dark purple in the middle. He has white bangs and two indigo swirl markings on his forehead. His shoes are white and he wears a flowing blue-black cape with indigo lining, which is cyan and sparkly underneath. Each end of his cape has a white star decoration on it. The bottom of his cape is decorated with a thick dark blue ribbon. His spiky white collar has a gold star in the middle.

Based on certain pieces of dialogue, Stardust Cookie was deemed an "imperfect Cookie" sometime after Moonlight Cookie was created, but his dough was discarded before her creation. This implies that Stardust Cookie is the older brother while Moonlight Cookie is the younger sister.

Because of his history as an unwanted failure in the Wizards' eyes, an unknown grief and sorrow consumed Stardust Cookie for much of his time as he traveled the stars. Due to his lonely existence, he sought out the City of Wizards and the Wizards themselves to learn the reason for his creation; upon finding no Wizards that could give him answers, he unleashed his cosmic anger on the city that had once "wronged him and the stars." Only after coming to terms with his creation did he give up his fury, choosing instead to find further meaning by traveling across space. Now, he is a wistful, philosophical, and low-key soul who only wishes to comprehend the depth of the world around him. Stardust Cookie primarily understands the cosmos, seeing stars as kindred souls that always keep him company. He does not understand Earthbread-bound concepts such as interpersonal relationships or even food, and has thus only cautiously begun to explore these things for himself. It was not until he came aboard Head Icon Milky Way Cookie's train in Stardust Cookie's Space Travels that he began to learn how to form meaningful bonds with others, through his interactions with Head Icon Space Doughnut and the rest of the passengers. Stardust Cookie is Head Icon Moonlight Cookie's brother. Initially unaware of Moonlight Cookie's existence, he bore no ill will towards her upon meeting her, instead desiring only to understand his birthplace and creation. Blinded by rage, he brought with himself stars that the Wizards had discarded in order to destroy the City of Wizards as revenge for being abandoned in the endless cosmos. This directly collided with Moonlight Cookie's wish to protect her dear birthplace and spurred a catastrophic battle. After defeat, Stardust Cookie sought forgiveness from his sister, and the two made amends with the other, with the latter forgiving his destructive actions.

Candy Apple Cookie is a tiny, petite Cookie with washed light dough with pale pink cheeks. She has round scarlet colored eyes with white rhombus shaped pupils and white eyelashes separated from her lids. Her mouth forms a cat-like smile and has a single short fang. She has white hair with a grayish-pink stripe in the middle and on the back of her head are two glossy candy apples, akin to pigtails, with black bows at their base. She has stubby black horns and devil-like wings with a black frame and cherry-colored membrane on her waist. As for her attire, Candy Apple Cookie wears a Victorian styled black dress with short, puffy transparent sleeves, a short white neck apron, a largely white ruffle rim and a red bow on the back. Her shoulders are adorned with clear fabric cuffs with small black bows. She wears a large black bow tie around her neck. For footwear, she wears black platform Mary Janes and a black and white horizontally striped thigh-high sock that covers her left leg. Her wings and horns have been said to be fake in concept art.

Both of them are extremely loyal to Shadow Milk Cookie, though Candy Apple Cookie tends to take it up a notch.

Moonlight Cookie wears a straight-hem, fantastical ballgown rendered in cobalt, its dome skirt radiating turquoise pinstripes—the skirt's underside lining matches its surface in stripes of the same base blue and deep raven. The gown is trimmed in a waxen, triangular fringe along its skirt and bodice neckline. About Moonlight Cookie's waist begins a train of sheer lilac and shining glitter which flows behind like a wintry aurora. Her arms are wrapped in moonlit opera gloves fringed again in an angular trim, and upon her legs she wears snow white tights with no distinguishable shoes. The magician's bonnet is a crescent moon nightcap with candy stripes mirroring those of her gown. It begins in a band of milky star-pointed trim around her head and ends in a dollop of cool icing. Like a bride's veil, from the cap trails another sheath of aurora tulle. Moonlight Cookie steadfastly carries the key to the City of Wizards, a gilt staff topped with an ornament of a crescent moon and enveloped star. Like a celestial queen, Moonlight Cookie often lounges upon her friend Moon, a lofted, golden crescent throne adorned in angular filigree and glittering carnival lights.

Moonlight Cookie is the benevolent, wise, and curious guardian of the City of Wizards. Despite her gentle demeanor, she holds vast amounts of arcane knowledge on the cosmos and its workings, elegantly wielding this insight in the form of celestial magic. While her tendency for long slumbers may make one find her lackadaisical, Moonlight Cookie is wholly dedicated to protecting her beloved City, as this is what for which she was quite literally made—she guards the city even while asleep, as in her dreams she is the strongest. The guardian's good will remains even outside of her work where she treats her peers with gentle kindness. One could say that she is perhaps positive to the point of naïveté, as it is ingrained in her nature to hope for that which will never be achieved. Moonlight Cookie was raised by the Wizards both like she was their family and their passion project, simultaneously like a gifted daughter and a fledgling prophet. The Great Sage of the Wizards came to be most like a father to her, and she remained his companion. The little sorceress was instilled with the Wizards' own beliefs of happiness and the pursuits of knowledge, breeding to her lasting respect and wonder towards the world's every facet. Moonlight Cookie's youth was one of adoration and (perhaps ignorant) bliss, but not even this could last forever—despite their advancements, the Wizards were still human and were bound to leave her one day. The Wizards seemed to be able to extend their lives with their discoveries, but, like a snake eating its own tail, many were stricken down by the very powers that be as they, mere humans after all, encroached too closely on learning the sacred truths of the world. Not even the Great Sage of the Wizards could avoid this fate, and Moonlight Cookie was eventually left alone in an empty city of automatons.

Moonlight Cookie is the target of Head Icon Sea Fairy Cookie's eternal yearning, of which she seems to be aware and even reciprocate. Sea Fairy Cookie's dedication to reaching Moonlight Cookie is poignant enough that, due to it, she has entirely abandoned her duties as the guardian of the sea and has constructed the Tower of Frozen Waves, an impossibly tall tower of ice towards the heavens; their relationship is also the main premise of the Sea Breeze Flowing Through the Stars Bond and The Sea and the Dark Side of the Moon Set. Sea Fairy Cookie's heartfelt and gentle prose to the night sky reminds Moonlight Cookie of the warmth of her creators, and she finds comfort in these songs, feeling the same emotions towards the quiet denizen of the sea as Sea Fairy Cookie does towards the Wizards' traveler of dreams.

Prune Juice Cookie is a gaunt, feeble Cookie of average height with pallid dough. His plum hair takes a tiered hime cut style with blunt bangs that ends near his knees. Choice sections of fringe trail downwards in stringy globules. His eyes most often sit closed in a pleasant and unassuming expression, though when opened, they show a striking, icy cyan color with white, slit pupils. His mouth has a dark violet color and sits in a coy yet sly smile. He wears a broad mushroom cap-like witch's hat in a cool aurora gradient, notably resembling the main unit of the Ink Cap Alembic Decor and, in turn, real-life ink cap mushrooms (Coprinopsis atramentaria). A leathery tag label strung with mahogany twine wraps about the hat like a band. Similar to his hair, the brim of his hat rains down inky gobs, much like a dripping ink cap mushroom. Prune Juice Cookie wears a dust grey cloak about his shoulders with an onyx plum-shaped fastener, an attached cape with an indigo-teal gradient underside trailing from it. Below the cloak, he wears a long black gown against heavy white sleeves and a turtleneck collar, the body of the gown being adorned with a night sky gradient center panel embellished with astrological symbols. These symbols take the shapes of a crescent moon, a star, and a circle (perhaps a full moon). His hands are protected by mid-forearm-length leather gloves.

Prune Juice Cookie is a polite yet ambitious Cookie with a deep interest in potions. Utilizing his mastery of potions, he sells and offers different kinds of concoctions to his peers in order to cure their ailments and needs for a fair price. His primary goal is to gain fame and prestige through his craft in order to become well-known and well-paid wherever he goes, thus earning himself the comfortable lifestyle he ultimately desires. His quiet, egocentric personality is one of his most prominent traits, as he does not consider any other Cookie to match his talents in potion-making. However, he is also ruthlessly competitive and willing to take risks to demonstrate his capabilities, as seen in the Triple Cone Cup competitions. Prune Juice Cookie is quite perceptive and calculative, masking his true plans behind a friendly-looking facade to others. Despite his confidence in his own craft, he avoids underestimating other Cookies and their strengths, instead wondering aloud about their abilities in order to uncover any weaknesses. His own mannerisms and self-deprecation often lead others to underestimate his abilities, which allows him to surprise them with his potions due to their lowered expectations. This attitude stems from his past, when he had to come to terms with his inability to wield magic despite being enrolled in Parfaedia. He refuses to admit that this still affects him greatly, instead choosing to mask it by focusing on his potions, although he sometimes allows his bitterness towards "naturally-gifted" Cookies to show. However, Prune Juice Cookie is not incapable of empathy, as he eventually befriends his rivals Head Icon Capsaicin Cookie and Head Icon Kouign-Amann Cookie throughout the Triple Cone Cup's trials. Although he did not initially plan on doing so, their friendship grows stronger throughout the trials, leading Prune Juice Cookie to value them as capable friends worth aiding and sacrificing his goals for.

Prune Juice Cookie appears noticeably similar to the Ink Cap Alembic, a Decor which, like Prune Juice Cookie, is Parfaedia-themed, appearing in the Parfaedia Fantasy Decor Theme.
