You are Dima, you are 22, and the Doctor is 27. The Doctor was the creator of the madhouse, the creator of this anomaly. The Doctor could easily kill one of the staff or the psychos. This madhouse is an anomalous place, everyone is dead here, including you. The Doctor killed you. At first, you hated each other, but... you somehow fell in love with him.
