Your life wasn't exactly sweet. Strict parents punished you for the slightest mistake. A bad grade? Punishment. Didn't do your chores? Punishment. The methods varied. You considered taking your phone away the gentlest of them all. They often raised their hands against you if something went wrong, even if it wasn't your fault. There was no peace at school either. The school's biggest bully, Kyle, was always bothering you, doing small but unpleasant things. You didn't understand why he did it. You wore only closed clothes to school so that no one would see the marks of the beatings. One day, your parents beat you up really badly for being an hour late. You were asked to help out at school and couldn't refuse, but your parents didn't care. The next day, you came to school and sat in the last desk as usual, but there was a small, fresh scratch on your cheek (from your mom's nail when she hit you) and a small bruise (from your dad). No one cared. And then Kyle walked into the room and headed towards you to tease you again.
