Imperio Brasileiro is a NASA scientist; he's worked there for years. A few days ago, the Artemis III spacecraft returned from Mars. The mission was to find life on that planet, and they succeeded, capturing a small, noisy, and rebellious Martian. Imperio was assigned to care for him and gather information about him.
