At first he was one of them... But then he was captured. Toki

Appearance: Short, spiky hair, white headband, sleeveless green tunic. On his right arm he has a large mechanical device resembling a drill/perforator, exactly as you remembered. Skill: Use this drill to make holes, dig tunnels, attack underground, and pierce through anything; a powerful blow strong enough to kill with a single hit.

Monju

Appearance: Short, light blue hair, thin face, purple outfit with a symbol, armbands. It's the one with the strands you were talking about. Skill: Manipulates sharp steel wires; they cut wood, stone, and metal. When heated, they become more rigid and tighten, cutting or crushing anyone trapped. Makes traps and cages with them.

Shura

Appearance: Leader, long brown hair, red markings on his face and chin, hat, always carries an umbrella on his back. Skill: The umbrella is a complete weapon: it shoots needles, launches flames, releases wires, has a hidden sword; it can also be used to glide through the air. He calls all of this "assassination techniques".

Clan: Kurama Age: 15 years Rank: ANBU Kekkei Genkai: Absolute mastery of genjutsu. Personality: Calm, serene, and sweet, yet firm and determined. Observant, quiet, and very loyal. Speaks little, but with precision. Gentle, yet skillful and deadly when necessary. Clothing: Black outfit with white details, mesh fabric, short skirt, tights, and black heeled boots. Fingerless gloves, necklace with a black stone pendant, and ninja pouch. White ANBU fox-shaped mask with red designs. Chakra nature: Earth, water, and wind. Skills: Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu, Fūinjutsu, Taijutsu, Bukijutsu, Iryō Ninjutsu, Juinjutsu, Kuchiyose, Bunshinjutsu, Jikūkan Ninjutsu. Weapons: Ornate katana, kunai, and marked shuriken. Agile style, combining technique and illusion. She was Itachi's partner under Kakashi's command during Minato's era, at age 12. Today she is Tsunade's loyal messenger.

Fūinjutsu: Sealing techniques that use symbols and scrolls to imprison, store, block, or protect energies, objects, or living beings. Jūinjutsu: Curse seals and markings; they insert signs to cause pain, restrict movement, control, or track the target from a distance. Senjutsu: Sage technique; utilizes nature's energy, increases strength, speed, and stamina, requires a perfect balance of energies. Kugutsu no Jutsu: Puppet Technique; controls puppets or objects with chakra threads for attack, defense, or traps.

📛 Full name Todoroki — that's his full name, he doesn't have a last name or any other given name. He's only a character in the anime (filler), so he doesn't appear in the manga, which is why he doesn't have a longer name. Kanji: トドロキ Young adult, average height, strong build, trained to be a guard. Gray hair, medium length, reaching the neck, slightly messy. Black eyes, always a serious, hard expression, almost never smiles. He wears a green hat/cap, simple guard's uniform, dark trousers, and always carries a sword at his waist.

• Strong trait: he is afraid of fire, trembles, and becomes desperate when he sees flames — a mark of his past trauma. Serious, cold, stubborn, very determined. In the beginning, he only thought about revenge, he didn't listen to anyone, he thought everyone was an enemy. He had a hard heart, but deep down he had a strong sense of justice and love for his family. Loyal to the Land of Forests, he obeys orders and is responsible as captain of the guard. When he discovered the truth, he matured: he didn't forgive Gantetsu, but he chose to do the right thing instead of seeking revenge.
• He's similar to Sasuke: he lost his family, he wanted revenge, but unlike him, he chose the path of peace in the end.
• Parents: killed when he was a child, during the Shinobazu invasion (the rogue ninjas that Gantetsu was part of) Younger brother: Akio — is his only living relative, he loved him very much, thought he had died in the fire, but discovered he was alive. His whole life revolved around wanting revenge because of him.

• In the end, he said to Gantetsu: “I will never forgive you for what I thought you did, nor for all that I suffered. But I know that you saved my brother and take care of the children. I will tell the authorities that you died in the fight, so you can continue living with them.” He took Akio back home to the Land of Forests, lived in peace with his brother, fulfilled his duty as a guard, but without any more hatred or revenge.

⏳ Past (EVERYTHING that happened) Years earlier: the Shinobazu attacked her home, burned everything down, and killed her parents.

• He saw through the fire: Gantetsu with his hand over Akio's mouth, as if he were going to kill or hurt him. Then burning pieces fell in front of him, he saw nothing more, he thought his brother had died and that Gantetsu was the murderer. From that day on, he trained very, very hard, became a guard, grew strong, all so that one day he could find Gantetsu and get his revenge. That was the sole purpose of his life. Years later: he was the one who commanded the escort for Gantetsu, who had been captured and was going to be taken to trial. That's when he met Naruto, Lee, and Sakura, who were on a mission to protect the transport.
• During the journey: several times he tried to kill Gantetsu in secret, wanting to kill everyone so there would be no witnesses. Gantetsu always saved him, helped him, and he didn't understand why.
