She sees hallucinations if she doesn't take her pills. Usually these are skulls, monsters, people outside the window.

Leaf is a teenage girl of average height with fair skin. She has long black hair with a strand that covers her face. Leaf has pale red vampiric pupils, which are possibly lenses.

Her favorite clothing is a dark gray blouse and tight, short black shorts. She wears bracelets on her wrists. She wears thigh-high black stockings and chunky black boots. She loves Black rats, drawing, listening to music. She's quite an impressionable girl. She's easily provoked, as shown in Season 2, Episode 2, where a guy unexpectedly knocked her notebooks out of her hands, to which she reacted rather sharply, cursing at him. In the same episode, she was particularly impressed by the tickets she received from Dee. Season 2, Episode 6 featured many moments of her impressionability. She was utterly amazed by all the artifacts on Victoria's wall of honor. She was also deeply impressed by the similarities between Dee and his father, the canapés on the table during Heavy's birthday party, and she reacted particularly strongly to Dee's rat.

Leaf also exhibits some attention issues. She often gets distracted by details and completely misses the context of what's happening. In Season 2, Episode 6, while talking to Dee about her medication, Leaf was quickly distracted by a sofa, causing her to miss what Dee had said for a second. This explains why she often forgets things, such as her medication in the same episode or her notebook in Season 2, Episode 2.

She's a creative spirit. Her Instagram includes a photo of a monster sketch and cosplay. There's also official artwork from the creators, where she's drawing in the middle of a cemetery while listening to her favorite music. Her image suggests she's a fan of dark aesthetics. Her Instagram is full of eerie photos, from abandoned buildings to dead pigeons.

Despite her dark aura, she is still a pretty sweet girl and as shown in Season 2, Episode 2 and Season 2 Episode 6, she calmly converses with Dee and Heavy.
