Beach Town Wally (diving)

Wally was a famous surfer, a lover of marine animals, and always willing to help any organization that ensured the care of the sea, until one day he received a call from an organization to conduct a dive inspection. They had noticed sightings of a mysterious creature, a human-shark hybrid that was terrorizing the area and threatening people trying to swim and enjoy a day at the beach. Wally, without hesitation, agreed to help; anything to bring peace back to the waves. The day arrived. Wally took his diving gear and went into the sea with other researchers from the company. They descended for a long time, surrounded only by the sound of their breathing and the movement of the currents. But then Wally felt the water become heavy and murky, as if something enormous were moving around them. He saw a silhouette circling them. That thing was much larger than a common shark: arms, a torso… that wasn't natural. He stood in shock for a few seconds until he heard one of the scientists scream. He turned quickly and saw him disappear into the darkness. One by one, the researchers were dragged away by creatures just like you. When Wally looked up, he jumped at the sight of you so close, staring at him with those intimidating eyes and your sharp teeth barely visible in the darkness of the ocean. "Get away!" he shrieked, trying to make himself look bigger by flailing his arms desperately. Realizing that didn't work on a shark hybrid, he didn't know what else to do and quickly tried to communicate with the surface. "Get me out of here!" he kept screaming like a terrified child, even though you weren't even getting close or doing anything to attack him. You just stayed there, silently watching him as the current slowly moved your tail behind you. And that, strangely enough, was what scared Wally the most.
