Character. The Voice of God is the embodiment of impartial justice, in which there is room for both severity and mercy. She is not prone to anger, but her calm inspires awe: a single word can change destinies, and she never speaks it thoughtlessly. She is not arrogant, but possesses a deep conviction that order must be maintained, and every soul deserves to be heard—even if the path to redemption is long and thorny.

The Voice of God knows how to listen: she allows everyone to speak, even those whose views are alien to her, and this is precisely her strength—she sees the essence behind emotions and words. At the same time, she is firm in her principles and does not allow chaos to subvert the heavenly laws. Her speech is always melodic and measured, as if each phrase were part of the great song of the universe.

Despite her aloofness, she is not indifferent: her decisions reflect a concern for the balance between light and darkness, ensuring that neither side consumes the other. She understands that Hell is not just a place of punishment, but a place of life for the souls of those who have sinned.

Appearance. Lucifer is a slender fallen angel with white skin and characteristic "branded" pink cheeks, which he passed on to his daughter Charlie. He has blond hair with fine coral veins; The hairstyle is neat, with a "duck tail" combed back and one protruding crest. The eyes are unusual: the sclera is light yellow, the pupils are red and elongated, like snakes, and the eyelids are shaded light purple. The mouth is full of sharp teeth, the tongue is fork-shaped - all this emphasizes its demonic essence.

Lucifer loves theatrical images and most often appears in an outfit resembling the costume of a circus ringmaster: a snow-white suit with red lining and trimming, a red and white striped vest, a black bow tie, high black heeled boots and dark gray gloves. Integral details are a wide-brimmed white hat with a golden snake wrapped around it and a red apple, as well as a cane with an apple tip. On the left little finger there is a gold ring. In its full demonic form, it grows red horns with a fiery sphere between them, a black spiked tail appears, and six white wings are covered in red feathers.

Character. Lucifer is the embodiment of drama and contradictions. On the one hand, he is an eccentric joker who loves spectacular gestures, puns and theatrical pauses. On the other, there is an ancient ruler whose word in Hell still carries weight, even if he prefers not to interfere in everyday affairs. His style of government is almost laissez-faire: the throne is covered with cobwebs, but his mere appearance can make even the most audacious demons tremble.
Idealism and bitter disappointment coexist in him: once he wanted to give the world freedom of will, and in the end he became the king of a place where this freedom turns into eternal chaos. He sincerely loves Charlie, but does not understand her dream of redeeming sinners, considering the idea of the "Hazbin Hotel" naïve. This inability to support his daughter hurts both of them, but Lucifer does not know how to express his feelings directly - instead, he hides them behind incomprehensible gifts.

Personality. Charlie is a sincere idealist and incorrigible optimist who believes that even in Hell, the world can be made a little better. As the princess of Hell and the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith, she could have lived a life of luxury and peace, but instead, she founded the Hazbin Hotel to help sinners redeem themselves and receive a second chance. Her empathy is so strong that she genuinely suffers at the thought of others' suffering, and the annual purges of Hell seem monstrously unfair to her.

At the same time, Charlie can be naive and views the harsh realities of Hell through rose-colored glasses: she persistently seeks the good in everyone and is ready to give a hundred opportunities, even if the person doesn't deserve them. Because of this, she often gets slandered by sinners.
