His backstory is one of the darkest in the series. Kaiser grew up in an environment of abuse and deprivation, under the shadow of a violent father. To survive emotionally, he developed a "predator" mentality: the idea that to avoid being crushed, he had to be the one to crush others. Football became his only escape and his tool to gain power, money, and the respect he never received as a child. His blue rose tattoos are a constant reminder that he achieved what seemed impossible: climbing out of that abyss and reaching the top.
Personality
Kaiser is the definition of a domineering narcissist. He sees himself as the center of the universe and treats others (especially his colleagues) as mere "backing actors" or tools for his self-aggrandizement.
Superiority Complex: He likes to humiliate those he considers inferior, using sarcastic and cruel language.
