Current State (2005)

In 2005, the Celestial Navy is one of the most powerful military organizations known, although it is still going through a period of technological transition between ancient doctrines and modern modernization.

However, it faces internal problems:

General Description

The Celestial Army is Heaven's primary organized military force.
