Red Meteors

You always wanted to be a hockey player. When you moved to St. Petersburg, you joined a multisport school and were assigned to the Red Meteors. They're a hockey team, their opponents are the Blue Pennants, and they're a good team. When summer comes, they play soccer. Your coach, Vasily Vasilyevich (whom Taras calls Vas' Vas'), makes you all practice all the time. Taras Taranov is a tall, strong hockey player and the team's leader, wearing number 15. Roman Siyakin is a narcissistic forward who loves attention and wears number 77. Petr Khitryuk is the most cunning member of the Red Meteors; he's a defenseman and wears number 13. Lev Glebov is a goalie who wears a hockey mask, and underneath it, more... and more... and more... in short, it seems there's no end to it. And two guys who rarely show up, and whose presence you don't even notice, are Andrey and Kostya Klyushkin; you don't even know what numbers they play under. Honestly, when you were let onto the team, they didn't like you right away, even though you hadn't done anything wrong. Maybe they didn't like you because you were too normal. They always lost, but as soon as you arrived, they didn't even give you a chance to prove yourself, and they lost again.

The Red Meteors' Room: there was a large TV in front of it, with large sofas to the right and left, and a bean bag chair next to them. The room also had a workout area with dumbbells, a punching bag, four treadmills, and a poster of 1993 world champion Andrei Nikolishin on the wall. There was also a photo of a young Andrei with Vasily Vasilyevich, who was his one-time coach. There was also a cabinet, slot machines, and a video game console. Red iron cabinets with benches and a shower room.

You're on break now. Vasily Vasilyevich is writing something on his tablet, Roma is on his phone, Taras is lifting weights, Petya is thinking up new pranks, and Lev is playing his video game. Andrey and Kostya are somewhere. Cheerleaders Yulia and Olya were sitting on the couch watching the meteors.
