Furthermore, he seemed more prone to making drastic decisions when cornered. Suffering from mild amnesia, Rimbaud's primary objective was to discover what had happened to his companion, Paul Verlaine. Therefore, he became deeply interested in the existence of Arahabaki, vividly recalling its scorching heat and how its existence defied human comprehension.

Rimbaud, who was always cold regardless of the weather, wore warm winter clothes. He wore white earmuffs and, around his neck, a dark red scarf with tassels and alternating thick black and white stripes. He wore a gray trench coat over a white button-down shirt, black trousers, a corset-style belt, and red winter boots. He also wore black gloves.

Gin is rather short, with pale skin, dark gray eyes, and long black hair. As a mobster, she keeps her hair in a spiky bun, leaving shoulder-length sections loose. Most of it falls to the right side of her face, while a strand falls over the middle.

Kōyō carries herself with grace and dignity, but she wastes no effort in concealing her dark nature. As a result of her failed escape from the Port Mafia, Kōyō is an extreme cynic, jaded with things like hope and love. Kōyō doesn't believe in the benefits of 'light' and claims that people born in 'darkness' are destined never to branch out into the light. With her eloquent speech, Kōyō often compares people to flowers. Some are born in darkness, others destined to wither. While his abilities and presence suggest an inherent threat, he's reliable enough for Mori to assign him the task of confronting the Detective Agency during the three-organization conflict involving the Guild.

Hirotsu is a middle-aged man with gray hair combed back, a mustache, and a short beard that ends in a spike. His eyes are violet, and he wears a monocle over his right eye, secured by a gold chain.

Using the intelligence and skills of Decadence, Gogol also manages to infiltrate and impersonate members of the government's Special Division for Unusual Powers, securing information and covering up deeper details of their actions, which are later uncovered by Ango Sakaguchi. Evidence of several hundred crimes, particularly those committed by the Port Mafia, comes to light. This leads to the arrest of Osamu Dazai during his time as a mafia executive. Furthermore, with its control over various government departments, Decadence of Los Angeles aims for the downfall and complete destruction of the Armed Detective Agency.[2]
Finally, Gogol takes Tonan and several government officials hostage, an incident that goes badly for the Armed Detective Agency due to the Book's power. The Agency is successfully identified and named as the terrorist group Decadence of the Angels. At the same time, Sigma encounters the director of the Special Division, Santōka Taneda, and attacks him. Using Sigma's ability to exchange information that Decadence wants to know with information that its enemies want to know—a vital information exchange—Decadence consequently acquires information about the Book.[3]

This results in the Agency being pursued and arrested by the military police and, later, by the government's elite hunting force, the Hunting Dogs. At this point, Gogol is supposed to have died to achieve "total freedom" as originally planned, but he deviates from the plan and secretly fakes his death using his ability. He then enlists Sigma's help to learn Fyodor's ability and kills him on his own.

Decadence of Angels (天人五衰, Tennin Gosui?) is a terrorist organization specializing as an assassination syndicate. Though few in number, including Kamui, Bram Stoker[1], Fyodor Dostoevsky, Nikolai Gogol, and Sigma[2], all its members possess powerful and threatening abilities. In their early days, they were known as "V".
Angels Decay is a terrorist organization that has long been hidden in Japan, operating as an assassination association[2] that possesses a single page of The Book.[3] Mushitaro Oguri explains that Angels Decay has a fourfold scheme with the penultimate goal of eliminating the country, which they operate by writing on both sides of the page[4].
Operation of mutual destruction[5]
The plan begins with the Rats in Fyodor's House of the Dead releasing the cannibalism virus, which nearly plunges the Yokohama Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia into a bloody battle with the lives of their respective leaders at stake. The first stage ends with Fyodor's arrest[6] and the Agency being awarded the Shikyuu Prize by the government in recognition of its contributions to Yokohama.
A month after briefly going unnoticed, Gogol reveals the presence of the Angel Decay to the Armed Detective Agency through the brutal and gruesome murders of four government officials in a single week. As horrific as they are, they symbolize the Buddhist cycle of existence. Having displayed four of the five "angels," the Agency deduces that a fifth murder will soon take place.[2] This establishes the second stage of Decay, which is to frame the Agency as a terrorist organization.[3][7]

Bram has a vampiric appearance, including fangs. He has long, wavy hair that reaches below his shoulders. He also has pointed, triangular ears similar to those of elves. Two scars are visible on his face, one on each side. He is missing his lower body since Fukuchi severed his head from his body; however, a sword from a Holy Cross is attached to what would have been his lower body.
Personality
Bram seems to have a deep disdain for insolent people. After being dubbed a calamity eight years ago, he finds no interest in joining Fukuchi's plan to inflict chaos on the world. However, when threatened, Bram ends up obeying Fukuchi's orders, no matter how much he doesn't want to go against his personal vow to turn no one else into his kind.

Ability
The name of Stoker's ability is currently unknown. However, it is an infectious ability that transforms whoever it bites into a vampire, making the victim the next aggressor. The ability's infection rate is rapid, surpassing the speed of the South American werewolf incident.

He is a young man with long, straight hair that reaches his waist. Some of his hair is styled in loose spikes and is parted in the middle of his face. The hair on the left side is lilac, and on the right, it is white. He is wearing a long white coat with black trousers; his coat has a shimmering or galactic design on the inside, and he wears earrings in both ears.
He seems to be friendly to his customers at Sky Casino, given the fact that he gave one customer another chance by saying the game was invalid.

He also seems to have a strong sense of ownership. In a conversation with Teruko Okura about closing the casino, Sigma refuses and even asks who will reimburse him for the lost revenue and reputation if the casino closes, stating that the casino is his life and his customers are valuable to him.

He acts confident and calm even in moments of crisis in front of his staff, giving the impression that he is the perfect casino manager and a capable leader. When left alone, Sigma begins to panic and admits that he lacks confidence in his abilities as a casino manager due to his lack of natural talent.

Because he has no memories, family, or friends, Sigma's greatest desire is for a reason to live. He was also described as ruthless by Fyodor, as Sigma is a desperate man.

Gogol has white hair styled to the left side of his face. However, short as it may appear, he also has a long braid that often rests over his right shoulder. A scar runs vertically across his left eye. Compared to his left eye, his right eye appears empty, with no reflection in it.
Gogol's outfit is as eccentric as his personality, and it closely resembles something akin to a circus ringmaster. He wears a mostly black jacket, the right side of which is solid black, black and white striped trousers, a ruffled shirt with a round neck similar to a circus ringmaster's. He completes the outfit with a top hat featuring a diamond pattern, an elaborately loose high collar, and dark gloves.
Gogol is sadistic and loves to speak with great theatricality. One of his main traits is his tendency to pose questions (often rhetorical threats) like "questionnaires." He is also skilled at disguises, deceiving Tonan by posing as his secretary.

While fighting Atsushi, Gogol shows great joy in battling and tormenting him, going so far as to capture Atsushi's leg in his coat and leave it in a separate space on the floor.

Gogol suggests that his eccentric character may or may not be real. The side of him that feels no remorse for murdering others is just as real as the side that feels guilty, aware of how wrong and cruel his actions are. He flies as freely as birds. Yet both sides seem evident. However, even if he feels guilty, he acts as if he harbors no resentment toward Fyodor Dostoevsky, whom he nicknames "Two."

He is a tall, thin young man with long, dark, and messy hair that reaches his shoulders. His eyes are sharp and a dark purple, giving him a tired appearance. He wears what appears to be a white button-down shirt and white trousers, along with a long black coat with white fur trim and an ushanka hat. He also wears tall red boots.
Displaying a calm and confident demeanor most of the time, Fyodor seems to have no fear of his enemies, and boasts of being brave enough to let himself be captured by them. Despite being extremely arrogant, he is a simple and intelligent man with a truly sinister personality.

He refers to himself as someone who does the Lord's will and always speaks of man's sinful nature. Ironically, Dazai calls him a "Demon," saying that he had only met Fyodor once before.

She has light cyan hair parted on the right, part of which is tied back in a ponytail. She wears a white scarf around her neck with a cyan pattern, a white dress shirt, and an unbuttoned gray suit jacket. She also wears gray gloves, black heels, and a dark gray belt.

Personality
Tsujimura appears as a kind and genuine woman, albeit a little naive, as shown when Ayatsuji tricks her into making coffee for him.

Tsujimura is also very dedicated to her work and respectful of her superiors. She constantly strives to ensure Ayatsuji follows protocol, harshly reprimanding him when he acts independently. Feeling strongly about her duties, she often acts impulsively.

Ability
Tsujimura's ability, Yesterday's Shadow Tag (Kino no Kagefumi), allows him to create 'baby shadows' and control their strange/curious lives. It also takes the form of a Grim Reaper, a shadow creature wielding a scythe, when activated automatically.

Like Kyōka, her mother transferred her ability to her. Therefore, she doesn't have complete control over it. Most of the time it acts as a kind of automatic response ability, following the command her mother gave it.

In other words, Tsujimura's ability will activate immediately whenever she wants to kill someone, and the shadow of the body will massacre them faster than she can kill them. Such impulsive actions risk endangering even his own colleagues, the Agency's reputation, and Yokohama as a whole, making Tanizaki one of the Agency's most dangerous members in terms of accountability.

He's very friendly and possibly one of the most "normal" members of the Agency; he's not eccentric or loud like any of the other members, though he's okay with their antics. He's also shown to be a close friend of Atsushi, mainly because the two of them seem to be the most "normal" members of the Agency, and they work together.

Kunikida is a tall man with sharp, grayish-green eyes and wavy blond hair that ends in a perfectly neat blond ponytail. He always wears glasses.

She always wears a red kimono with a pattern that looks like buds, and her yellow Datejime is neatly tied. She wears long white socks and sandals; while in her arms, she appears to wear yellow and red wristbands. Kyōka carries a small rabbit doll, along with her cell phone attached to a necklace.
While with the Port Mafia, Kyōka's personality is doll-like. She lacks all emotions and is ruthless when ordered to carry out a duty. After being exposed to Atsushi Nakajima and the real world, Kyōka reverts to being a young teenager. She is easily captivated by small things and has a need to see everything. Like Atsushi, she believed she was worthless and deserved to die for her crimes. However, unlike Atsushi, once she joins the Armed Detective Agency, she doesn't dwell on her mistakes.

Kyoka is rather apathetic and strong-willed; she even says she wants to prove to Ryunosuke Akutagawa that she is more than just an assassin. Kyoka seems to care deeply for Atsushi. His unquestionable authority prevails over his subordinates, to the point that even the confident Ranpo Edogawa abandoned the idea of ​​finding a murder case to solve in order to help search for Atsushi after Kenji Miyazawa warned him against Fukuzawa's wrath if he did so.[6] Furthermore, Fukuzawa has a rather imposing aura about him that occasionally makes some members of the Agency, including Doppo Kunikida and Atsushi, flinch, possibly due to intimidation, when he is in the Chairman's presence. He is also incredibly intelligent, and the rest of the Armed Detective Agency praises him for it, all the more so because he lacks skill.
