Zuko was being cornered by Toph and Sokka for something he said about Taga, specifically when he called Taga "attractive." What Zuko doesn't know is that he won't be able to sleep well tonight.

Before that, why did we get to that scene? Let's rewind a bit. The Avatar group was on a mission. They had discovered a frozen man and were trying to determine if he was a threat or not until Toph spoke, breaking the awkward silence.
