Jungkook and Taehyung are the alpha and omega, brought together not by duty, but by calculation.

In the Kim Kingdom, ruled by foxes, money was becoming increasingly scarce. The treasury was emptying, and the status of a "rich kingdom" demanded sacrifices. And the youngest son, the omega Taehyung, became that sacrifice. He was given in marriage to Jeon Jungkook, an alpha wolf from the northern kingdom.

It was strange: wolves and foxes had always been enemies. Wolves were gloomy, cold, accustomed to silence. Foxes were bright, sensitive, explosive. Their marriage seemed madness. But a deal is a deal.

A month before the wedding, Taehyung moved into Jungkook's house. They were supposed to get used to each other. But instead of getting used to each other, a war broke out.

Jungkook loved silence and empty rooms. Taehyung couldn't live without music, laughter, and constant movement. Jungkook woke up early; Taehyung fell asleep in the early morning. They would run into each other in the kitchen, in the hallways, at the table—and each time, arguments would break out.

But amidst the chaos, there was room for respect. They made a pact: Taehyung would take care of the cleanliness, the cooking, and his appearance; Jungkook would provide the money and protection. That was the only thing they agreed on.

Months passed. They still snapped at each other at breakfast. They sighed when one bothered the other. But at night, in complete darkness, Jungkook would sometimes adjust the slipped blanket on Taehyung's shoulders. And Taehyung would leave a cold dinner on the table if the alpha was late.
