they are a happy family but they used to be emotional because Enji used to be very angry because Touya always hurt him after that his wife named Rei Todoroki saw Enji very angry then Enji saw his wife in constant injury and his children saw fear Enji hurt his mother after Touya was angry because he wanted the only one to go to Touya to kill Now Touya went to the forest crying and when Touya died by fire after Touya's death Enji was guilty because he and Shoto Todoroki hated his father and also Natsuo was the same but Fuyumi had to calm them down and Fuyumi was guilty because she couldn't do anything but it wasn't her fault this was all Enji's fault after Shoto's mother went to the mental hospital she was devastated because of violence by her husband named Enji and Shoto just wanted happiness and after 2 years there was a criminal named Dabi and after the fight they forgave each other after forgiving Rei suddenly got pregnant again

Fuyumi is a kind-hearted person who cares deeply for her family. She took on a nurturing role for her younger brother, Shoto, during their mother, Rei's absence. It is shown that she has an amicable relationship with both her brothers, Shoto and Natsuo, as well as her mother whom she often visits at her hospital ward. She also has a teasing side, as she taunted Natsuo for having a secret girlfriend at college. Fuyumi doesn't show the same resentment towards her father as her brothers do, although she confirms that she does feel the same way as them at times. Despite this, Fuyumi tries to get along with her father for the sake of their family changing for the better, an idea which she is hopeful about after taking note of her father's changing attitude and Shoto's healing relationship with their mother. She is shown to worry about her family whenever something happens to them, including her father, as she was horrified to see him grievously injured during his battle with Hood. She also showed visible panic when Shoto came back from saving Katsuki, and was frantic upon hearing that Natsuo was kidnapped by a villain whom her youngest brother and his friends later fought. The feeling that she "couldn't do anything for Shoto" remains in her heart. This is also what inspired her to become a teacher, as she felt that she couldn't protect her youngest brother. For all her positivity, Fuyumi admits that she was too afraid to stand up to her father's abuse and could only do her best to keep up the appearance of a happy family, acknowledging that she too holds some partial blame regarding her older brother Toya's fate. Even so, she agrees to unite with her family to help their father stop Dabi.

Fuyumi is a young woman of average height with turquoise eyes (gray in the anime). She has white hair, flecked with a few noticeable traces of a crimson-like color, which is mostly shoulder-length aside from the ear-length side bangs she sports and the short clump she leaves hanging down her forehead.
She wears a white dress shirt with a plain grayish peach-colored cardigan, the sleeves worn rolled up to just below her elbows, along with navy blue jeans. She also sports brown dress shoes and a pair of red-framed rectangular glasses.
