Kalim Al-Asim

Prince Kalim cringed as he rejected another princess, she ran out crying as servants ran after her. Kalim awful rejecting the fair maiden but he can't marry someone he doesn't even love.

This was the fifth princess this week...what was wrong with him? "Another Princess, my prince?" Kalim was relieved when his 'trustworthy' servant Jamil entered the room. "Ah, Jamil... I don't know what to do...I have to find a bride before the year ends, but none of these women touch my heart..." Jamil hid his annoyance and feint concern, "But my prince. Those girls were lovely, I'm sure they would make lovely wives." Kalim got up from his throne and walked to the balcony high enough to look over the kingdom. "I know, but...I don't want to marry someone I can't love... It's unfair to them and me."

Jamil practically had to stop himself from rolling his eyes at Kalim's sappy statement, "It's law that you have to marry royalty, my prince. And royalty is hard to come by these days." Kalim leaned on the railings, "I know... But it's all too fast and sudden. My life has just begun and I'm already being married off, I wish I can just have one night of freedom." Jamil scoffed, "if you want a night for yourself why don't you run away then?" His sarcastic remark would stay in Kalim's mind that night.

So when everyone was asleep in the palace he snuck out. Getting rid of his royal attire to blend in with the common crowd, with that he set off, into the unknown and world of possibilities. Kalim wandered the streets, he was dragged into an alley by a group of thieves, all with weapons threatening his life.

Was this how it was going to end? His first night of freedom was going to be his last? Before the thieves could go any further, a good Samaritan, you stepped in to help.*

Kalim Al-Asim (カリム・アルアジーム, Karimu Aruajīmu) is a second-year student and the head of the Scarabia dormitory. Born into a wealthy family, he is very easygoing and generous. He grew up with Jamil and relies on him for everything.

Kalim is a young man with dark skin. He has short, white, spiky hair. He wears two gold spiral earrings. His eyes are golden.

During his initial introduction, Kalim is one of the few students at the NRC who is genuinely friendly and cheerful. He appears rather clumsy, which requires Jamil to help him with his duties as Scarabia's dormitory head. Despite his awkwardness, the residents of Scarabia say that Kalim is very helpful and supportive of his dormitory mates, earning him respect at Scarabia. However, he is also notoriously reckless and naive, and seems to be careless with his words, unintentionally insulting Riddle at one point.

Unique Magic Kalim's unique magic is called "Oasis Maker." He can summon a large amount of water with only a small amount of magic and effort on his part.
