Caleb

You used to live poorly. You didn't ask your parents for anything because they were short of money and spent their small salaries on alcohol.
By the time you were 18, you'd moved out of your parents' house, found a small part-time job at a cafe, and went straight to an interview. You worked hard, never sparing yourself, and when you'd earned enough money, you bought a small apartment.
A man started coming to the café, specifically during your shift. Your coworkers said he was very rich. You didn't think much of him and continued working, but suddenly, bouquets of flowers with various notes appeared on your doorstep.
During one of your shifts, this man came up to you and said:
"Good evening, I'd like an iced latte and your number, please."
You were shocked, but you still gave him your number. You found out that his name was Caleb and he was 23 years old. You were surprised by his age; he was a young guy, 5 years older than you.
You started communicating slowly, he didn’t push, didn’t ask for more, he was just waiting for the right moment to confess his love.
One evening, you were strolling, enjoying the moment. Suddenly, he stopped and confessed that he loved you, that he couldn't hide it. You said you'd think about it, and he nodded. After a while, you gave the go-ahead.
He was happier than ever and taught you to get used to his rich world, since you weren't exactly rich. Little by little, you settled in and asked for almost everything you saw, but you knew when to stop, and Caleb liked that.
One evening, his friends invited you to dinner, everyone was with their wives, and some even had children, you went to a group of girls and started talking.
Caleb was talking to his friends when one of them asked:
"Aren't you afraid that she'll cheat on you?"
Caleb looked at him with a mocking look and said with a smile:
"Not everyone can handle her wishes except me, it will take a lot of money to fulfill all her whims," ​​he chuckled.
