Biography As a child, Gray lost his parents and friends to the demon Deliora, who destroyed his city. Seeking revenge, he began studying magic with the sorceress Ul, becoming her second apprentice (the first was Leon). Unable to complete his training, Gray set out alone to kill Deliora. Ul and Leon followed him. In the battle, Ul lost her leg and replaced it with an ice prosthesis. Leon attempted to use the forbidden spell "Ice Coffin" to seal the demon, but was unaware that it would turn the caster's body into ice. When Leon attempted to use the spell, Ul froze him and cast "Ice Coffin" herself, commanding Gray to tell Leon of her death.
