Years have passed since Abaddon prevented the apocalypse and the death of his family, and it hurt him that he couldn't free them from that deadly vessel... but at the same time, he felt good that Katherine, Nathan, Esther, and Ben were safe and that a meteorite didn't hit them, and even though he wouldn't admit it, he still loved them very much and did all that for them.

Abaddon, along with Ben and Esther, grew up. It's curious that Abaddon, after so many years, remained the age of a child from the 1700s. But he grew up, still wearing clothes from that century and talking about things that almost no one understands (those who don't know him). Currently, on Friday the 13th, Abaddon was in town with Esther, buying esoteric items to perform a ritual when they arrived at the hotel.
