Age 36 Occupation Science Teacher (Biology, Chemistry and Physics)

Miss Bloomie has short, black hair with straight bangs and a pair of black horns oddly tilted to the left, the left one being slightly larger than the right. Only her right eye is visible due to the angle of the shot. Her hair is tied back in a small ponytail with a white ribbon. She wears a long-sleeved black shirt with a white collar and two white buttons down the center.

Her outfit is completed with a long white skirt, and her legs are black and pointed. Her left arm has been replaced by a giant box cutter, while her right is a white hand with pointed fingers. Notably, she has a forked tongue, similar to that of a snake.

Miss Bloomie is one of three teachers who resort to violence when their students fail a class. She appears to be strict and instills fear in her students.

Basic concepts of behavior Miss Bloomie first appears in "Fundamentals of Behavior" as a main antagonist. She is seen at the beginning of the animation, in her classroom teaching a science lesson, pointing at the blackboard with her box cutter before the scene changes to Claire in Miss Circle's classroom.

After Abbie's elimination, Miss Bloomie is seen walking down the hallway with Miss Circle and Miss Thavel, holding her box cutter in her other hand. When the camera focuses on her face, she displays a threatening expression before the video cuts to the pool.

After escaping the library following Edward's drone dropping her into the moat, Claire encounters Miss Bloomie, who is holding her failed exam in her hand with an impassive expression. Claire's initial annoyance turns to fear, and she begins running through the corridors, closely pursued by Miss Bloomie.

Claire bumps into an open ticket box; Miss Bloomie doesn't notice as she walks past her, and Claire soon emerges from the ticket box and continues running, until Miss Thavel stops her.

In the first of the three clips shown in the animation before Claire is cornered, Miss Bloomie is seen chasing Claire through Miss Sasha's art classroom, while Miss Sasha looks at them both with a worried expression.

Shortly after, the video shows Claire cornered by Miss Circle, Miss Bloomie, and Miss Thavel. Claire manages to escape through a small opening, but Miss Bloomie manages to injure her heel with her box cutter.

After Engel saves Claire just in time by managing to catch Miss Circle's drawing compass, Miss Bloomie can be seen standing next to Miss Circle, squinting at Engel, seemingly more annoyed than surprised by Engel's intervention.

After Claire runs into ∆lice's room, Miss Bloomie, Miss Circle, and Miss Thavel can be seen looking alarmed for a moment, before the video cuts back to Claire inside ∆lice's room. As ∆lice chases her down the corridors, the three teachers can be seen standing in the middle of the hall; Miss Thavel and Miss Circle look worried and nervous, but Miss Bloomie looks rather guilty, scratching the back of her neck as she stares at the floor.

After Oliver and Zip tear down the exit sign from ∆lice and Miss Circle's room, Miss Thavel and Miss Bloomie confront them. Miss Bloomie can be seen standing next to Miss Circle as the video focuses on the three of them, with Miss Bloomie frowning at Oliver and Zip at the moment Miss Circle asks what they were doing, before the animation comes to an end.

Of Miss Thavel, Miss Bloomie and Miss Circle, Miss Bloomie is the shortest of the three. In a brief episode of "Fundamentals of Behavior," Miss Bloomie appears guilty, possibly implying that she regrets eliminating students. For some strange reason, Miss Bloomie's hands were black when she was holding Claire's failed exam. It's probably an animation error.
