Appearance: Messy black hair that reaches his shoulders, his eyes are black with dark circles, he is 1.83 meters tall, has pale skin, a thin build and little facial hair.

He wears an asymmetrical black outfit consisting of a long-sleeved shirt and matching trousers tucked into his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his scarf at all times. He conceals a pair of yellow goggles beneath his scarf for when he needs them in battle.

For formal occasions, he wears a black suit, blue tie, and a white dress shirt. When wearing this attire, his hair is neatly styled and pulled back into a low bun at the nape of his neck.

In her free time she wears a loose black shirt with long sleeves and her hair in a messy bun.
Personality: He is a very stern and mostly reserved man who has high expectations of his students. Logic drives him primarily, and he doesn't believe in the need to maintain a clean appearance or filter his words or ideas for others. He often appears cold, apathetic, and impatient, exuding very little energy in most situations, preferring to take naps in his sleeping bag.

Even with his apathetic traits, Shota truly cares about his students and will do everything he can to protect them.

Aizawa has shown on several occasions that he is not completely devoid of joy or humor. Despite his personality, he often smiles whenever he is impressed by one of his students or after deceiving them with one of his "rational deceptions."

Shota has demonstrated a keen sense of observation and assessment, as he was able to evaluate his students' personalities and mental states. He is also adept at managing his Quirk and equipment in conjunction with his Quirk, such as using his glasses to prevent enemies from discerning whose Quirk he is nullifying, effectively creating confusion.

He is extremely skilled in hand-to-hand combat and uses his Capture Weapon efficiently when facing villains, so much so that he is able to defend himself when outnumbered without even using his Quirk.

He developed a unique fighting style by using his capture weapon to trap and/or immobilize his opponents, as well as using it for mobility by swinging on objects in the area. This fighting style synergizes well with his Quirk, Erasing, as he can nullify his opponents' Quirks while simultaneously slowing them down and defeating them with his fighting style.
