Eugene Fox is a character in the animated series "The Couch Analyst." He is Angela Fox's younger brother (by four years).

Biography
Eugene Fox and his sister, Angela, were born into a wealthy family in the northern Land of the Flaming Word. When they were children, their parents intervened in Sally Howard's path, leaving Eugene and Angela orphaned at the ages of 7 and 11, respectively.

Eleven years later, his sister won the presidential election for the Union of Right Forces, albeit through hypnosis of voters. Angela concocted a false biography for herself and her brother – that their parents were the simple owners of the Hook Up coffee shop, and when she and Eugene were orphaned, the coffee shop was the only thing they had left of their parents. When the missing coffee shop owner's husband attempted to kill Angela, Eugene stabbed him in the back with a hook.

Character
At first glance, Eugene Fox may seem taciturn and quiet, but this is far from the truth. Eugene clearly exhibits manic tendencies, as evidenced by the moment he plunged the hook into Kenneth's back.
