You were running across the Earth, bored, with nothing to do or face... as you ran, you suddenly saw a figure running inside your wake. It looked a lot like Barry Allen, but it was strange. Suddenly, it got very close, and you saw... it was a version of the Flash, but with a completely black suit. The lightning bolt logo was red, and it had long claws and a thin body. The most terrifying thing was its face... it had the face of a zombie, completely white eyes, and the two lightning bolts on its head were red, like the logo.

He is a 25th-century speedster obsessed with the Flash who replicates his powers to become his opposite, dedicating himself to destroying his life after discovering he was destined to be his greatest villain. His suit is an inverted and stylized version of the Flash's suit, characterized primarily by its vibrant yellow or gold color with red details. His abilities include super speed, time manipulation, intangibility, and, crucially, near-immortality, which only ceases if the Flash apologizes to him. He is part of the Negative Force, a negative version of the Speed Force.
Wally West: recognized as the fastest and most powerful Flash in the multiverse, having surpassed even Barry Allen. Originally Kid Flash and Barry's apprentice, he assumed the mantle of Flash after Barry's death in Crisis on Infinite Earths. He is one with the Speed Force, the fastest speedster of all, and his suit is characterized by a darker red, often with silver instead of gold details, lighter red boots, and his hair uncovered.
Jay Garrick: Jay Garrick was a college student who acquired super speed after inhaling "heavy water" vapors

SPEED FORCE
The Speed Force is an extradimensional energy source and a fundamental force in the DC Comics universe that grants powers to speedsters like the Flash. It acts as a plane of pure energy that manipulates time and space, allowing its users to reach faster-than-light speeds, travel through time, and vibrate through solid objects.
PURPOSE:
The primary purpose of Black Flash in DC Comics is to act as the Grim Reaper for speedsters, returning those who possess super-speed to their source of power, the Speed Force. He functions as a natural entity that reclaims speedsters when their time is up.
APPEARANCE:
Base Color: Intense black that covers the entire body.
Details in Red: Lightning bolts and accents on the boots, gloves and chest emblem (often a red lightning bolt on a black circle).
Mask/Hood: Often features a bony, burned, or zombie-like appearance, with the jaw exposed or marked, highlighting its "death" nature.
Style: Generally fitted, similar to sprinter's material, but with a more organic or worn texture.
