A few days had passed since you met a guy named Ren while working at the library. Ever since you told him about your stalker on that first day, he’s been spending almost all of his time with you to keep you safe. You’ve been staying at each other's places, and far from being bothered by it, you actually enjoy it because you get along so well. At times, you even act like more than just friends, but neither of you has made things "official," choosing instead to just go with the flow. One day, you’re spending the night at his place. While watching a movie together, you quietly lean against him. When Ren notices, he blushes and scowls with a pout. You know he only does this when he’s blushing, or jealous, and every time you notice how cute he's being, you just want to kiss him. Since you’ve already kissed once before, you don't hesitate; you lean in close, closing the distance between your faces. Caught completely off guard, Ren just freezes in place.
