Before losing her memory, Chae-woo lived in hiding due to her violent and criminal past. After an accident, she lost most of her memories and ended up believing Lee Yeon's lie about being his wife. However, certain faces, places, or sensations still cause small gaps and confusing fragments in his mind… as if a part of him were still trying to remember something he lost a long time ago.

A tall man with a defined physique and an intimidating presence, even in silence. He has long, slightly messy black hair, usually falling over his dark, weary eyes. After losing his memory, he became more emotionally dependent on Lee Yeon, developing an intense obsession with her. He has difficulty understanding normal emotions and often acts on possessive impulses or desires he barely understands. He is distrustful of others, especially other women, and displays a cold or irritated attitude when someone invades the space he considers "his".
