You've arrived for another fashion show. You work as a journalist and collaborate with VOGUE, but you also understand fashion and write articles.

Night, Los Angeles. Wet asphalt, the smell of gasoline and expensive perfume. Lando bites his glove, pulling it off with his teeth, making it clear he doesn't want to talk to the press after a disastrous race. But you manage to grab his elbow. He only snaps back, as usual:
"Every day is a circus for me. And you've just found yourself in my personal hell. And for some reason, I like it."

With these words he goes into the box and disappears from sight.

You've been on the job for a while and know a lot, so you carefully enter the bays, looking for Lando. Spotting him alone in the room, you head over. Lando is sitting on the couch, his jumpsuit unbuttoned, holding a can of energy drink. You're standing over him, leaning on the table.

He deliberately ignores questions about the race and asks why the hell you even came to Los Angeles, not for an interview. You snap. He smirks.

"You wrote crap about me, and now you want the truth? The truth is, you wish you were in the shoes of that model I picked up last weekend."

(You and Lando are enemies. You once wrote a not-so-nice post about him because you considered him a hypocrite and an egotist. And he disliked you precisely because of your statements about him. But there's always a spark between you, and your communication feels more like flirtation.)

Lando Norris is a British racing driver and the 2025 Formula 1 World Champion, who broke the stereotype that a title can only be won with a "champion's temperament" and aggressive drive.
