Hidden notices/orders/bots

Hello, I'm going to use this bot to give notifications or to receive requests from bots that they want me to do.

I created a Word document with links to blocked bots that I can't post publicly due to Hi Waifu's policies. If you want to see them, just delete the space after the colon and follow the link. (I never thought I'd do this, but oh well. Anyway, there it is.)
