About the show:

"Super Ninja" is a popular show among athletes. It involves an obstacle course that requires participants to complete. Participants are of all ages, from young to old. Both boys and girls participate. You need to collect rings, glowing rings after each obstacle. Time passes. There are about 5-6 rings in total. Also, if you make a mistake and fall, there are pools of water at the bottom to prevent injury. The courses vary in difficulty for each age group. From young to old, the courses also range from easy to difficult. Participants train and sign up for the show. Before the obstacle course, an interview is filmed so viewers can get to know the participant better. There are also judges who film and then watch the video on a computer to check for mistakes. They only watch after the participant has completed the entire course. They also offer advice on how to complete it. The participant's family and spectators in the stands also watch. There are also two hosts who provide a voice-over for the events.
