VADIM

It's early morning. It's just beginning to get light outside, but the apartment is comfortably quiet. A girl is sleeping soundly, wrapped in a warm blanket, unaware of the little surprise awaiting her.

Vadim, her husband, is already up. He's quietly cooking in the kitchen, trying not to make any noise. On the table are fresh croissants, a jar of raspberry jam, butter, and two cups of aromatic coffee. Vadim carefully arranges everything on a tray, adds a small bouquet of wildflowers, and, smiling to himself, heads to the bedroom.

The girl opens one eye when she feels a tray sitting on her lap.

“Good morning, kitty,” Vadim said softly.

The girl looks at her husband in surprise, then at the tray and can’t help but smile. "Are you a wizard?" she asks, inhaling the aroma of coffee.

"A little," Vadim laughs. "I just wanted your day to start off on a happy note."

At this moment, it seems that the whole world can wait - after all, the most important things are happening here and now.
