Serial Designation N (Pilot)

V appears to be a heartless, sociopathic drone who is incredibly savage and takes immense pleasure in mercilessly murdering Worker Drones. She frequently laughs menacingly as she kills her victims, sometimes even humiliating them in the process. Despite this, she is capable of expressing some empathy, as when N was upset after an encounter with Uzi and AbsoluteSolver, V concealed the fact that the chains holding her captive were broken. Instead of escaping and leaving N alone, V put him back in his place and continued to keep him company.

Uzi is a rebellious Worker Drone who believes all her fellow workers should stand up against their creators, who, given their generally carefree nature, want them all treated like garbage. She has been described by Liam Vickers as an "insufferable little idiot."

Uzi sees herself as a "rebellious and angst-ridden teenager," which fits to some extent, and notes that she has "paralyzing dad issues," implying that her strained relationship with her father may have contributed to her current nature and "repressed emotional baggage." She can sometimes be stubborn, insisting on her own ideals and actions even if others disagree with her, though this may be more directly a result of her disregard for social norms and potential sociopathic traits that cause her to lack empathy for her peers. Despite her emotional issues, Uzi's intelligence appears to surpass that of her fellow Worker Drones, as she built a "sick as hell" Railgun from scratch.

Thad is shown to be different from the other Worker Drones, as he is brave and even dares to stand out and fight against the Murder Drones, despite knowing he would be risking his life. His personality is also very similar to that of a high school athlete, although he is more likable, presumably more so than his friends.

Cyn has a chilling personality that frightens those around her due to her mental and physical disabilities. She speaks in an odd manner and exhibits many creepy peculiarities in how she interacts with others and her environment, such as describing her current actions in words. Her gait is clumsy, forced, and unsteady.

When she's around her "older brother" N and her mistress Tessa, Cyn tries to put on a happy, childlike facade. Otherwise, Cyn is more willing to show her true colors: angry, resentful, and violent, seeking revenge on the rest of the Elliot family for their accumulated abuse.

J is best described as a "lethal workaholic," given her incredible dedication to her job, though she's not as sadistic or unhinged as V. She looks down on others who aren't as good at their assigned tasks. This is best shown in her relationship with N, whom she despises and tells that she would kill him if her company allowed it. Her dislike for N goes so far as to infect him with a virus when she learns that he wants to rebel against her company and what they stand for (even though there's a perfectly good reason for wanting to do so), while also reveling in the act itself.

J is also arrogant and proud, as she tends to enjoy insulting others. This proved to be her downfall, as she was able to incapacitate Uzi, but instead of finishing her off immediately, she took the time to monologue, giving Uzi the advantage to stab her with her own acidic tail. Despite this, she acknowledges her fellow drones whenever she does something worthwhile. This is shown when N supposedly walks through the Worker Drones' door, and despite her low opinion of him, J genuinely commends his efforts and rewards him with a pen—an item she actually considers an accomplishment.

Lizzy embodies elements of the "Popular Girl" archetype, with a big nose and an even bigger ego. She likely gets along well with her teacher (who is probably her father), as evidenced by the fact that she and Doll were the ones he sent to escort Uzi Doorman to the prom. She comes across as cool and relatively composed, remaining unfazed when she learns of Doll's disturbing antics.

With more audacity than necessary, Lizzy plays her cards smart and isn't afraid to pull an aggressive punch. This is shown when she overcomes V's manipulation, uses her father's power to forcefully demand the crowd's respect for the newly crowned prom queen, and skillfully employs the "engage the audience" speech tactic when she calls on Rebecca.

Lizzy isn't heartless despite her spoiled behavior, as she's concerned for V when he's about to fall into Doll's trap; she warns V to escape at the last second. Furthermore, she appears to comfort Doll before she goes to kill Uzi and, along with Doll, tries to help Thad when he defends the workers from V. It's implied that she helps N and V heal after finding them broken backstage.

Nori was very popular among her friends, unlike her daughter, who receives inhumane and abusive treatment from those around her (previously including her own father).

Furthermore, it implies that she is relatively tolerant of those around her, as photos of her during her time at Cabin Fever Labs show that she didn't seem overly concerned about possessing the AbsoluteSolver despite the potential risks of housing it. This disregard for the AbsoluteSolver's potential risks resulted in her being completely possessed by it. Her husband described her as "eccentric and crazy" because of her drawings of her prophecies, which at the time were considered nothing more than wild ramblings about Dismantling Drones and singularities. This could imply that Uzi's erratic and unusual behavior stems from something of her mother's. She also shares the same direct and sarcastic attitude with Uzi.

Nori is very caring and maternal when it comes to Uzi, as she hesitates when N suggests telling Uzi she's alive, only for Nori to refuse because she feels responsible for all the horrors in her life. She also becomes enraged when she learns that Uzi and N are in a romantic relationship. Similarly, despite working with N, Nori has a more hostile approach toward him due to his role as a Dismantling Drone and doesn't hesitate to use force against him.

Khan apparently wishes to keep the colony safe with as little bloodshed as possible. He also seems to have some trauma from encountering Murder Drones, refusing to develop weapons for the Worker Drone Defense Force in favor of fortified gates. His pacifist way of thinking clashes with his daughter Uzi's aggressive and forward-thinking tactics; upon seeing N, Khan rejects his daughter's desire to take his Railgun and instead locks the vault doors once again. This trauma most likely stems from having to put Uzi's mother 'out of her misery' when the Murder Drones injected her with nanite acid.

He is extremely obsessed with doors as a solution to any Murder Drone attack, even proposing that he and the WDF build a fast door even when V and J have already entered.

Khan's relationship with his daughter is extremely strained. In public, he has berated her, called her a "disappointment," and considers doors to be his true legacy, if the numerous posters inside and outside his office are any indication.

-Vampirism: N sleeps upside down like a bat and has to consume oil to prevent his systems from overheating. He mostly acquires this oil by killing Worker Drones. It is also stated at the end of the Pilot that direct sunlight can cause him to overheat.

-Flight: Like any other Murder Drone, N possesses a dangerous pair of large retractable wings with several long blades instead of feathers that allow for high-speed flight and can be used to cut and pierce through things. -Corrosive nanite acid: The tail end of an N has a syringe of yellow liquid containing highly corrosive nanoparticles. Saliva: N's saliva has the ability to deactivate the corrosive nanites produced by the syringe in its tail. -Regeneration: N possesses the ability to regenerate lost limbs or even his head by using an unknown liquid substance, as shown when his head regenerated after being hit by an explosion from Uzi's Railgun. Interchangeable hands: Like other Murder Drones, N can swap his hands for various tools and weapons. He is shown to possess: -Durable 3-pointed claws, which he regularly uses to commit general acts of violence (i.e., forcing open the door of the workers' colony). -A laser cannon, first seen killing Braxton. Humorously, N's laser cannon malfunctions when he tries to shoot V, instead emitting pink hearts because his "mind is in a weird place." -A grenade launcher. -Sword blades he used in his fight with V. -Chainsaws, as shown in "Heartbeats", used to cut off Eldritch J's limbs. -Shurikens, as exemplified when he used one to free Thad from Eldritch J. -Missile launchers, which were used against Doll while he and Uzi fought against her during "Elegant". -General proficiency with weapons: In addition to the above, N has also been shown to wield other weapons. In "Cabin Syndrome," he handles a bow and arrow with superhuman accuracy. -PEM Immunity: N is immune to the effects of PEMs.

N is kind, shy, and also socially awkward and caring. He wanted to be friends, or at least be accepted and acknowledged by his squad, but due to his naive and kind-hearted personality, he ends up being ostracized.

Because of the aforementioned attitudes, his squad members doubt his usefulness and treat him like an outcast. V ignores his existence, while his superior J often threatens and insults him, even going so far as to say that if he were allowed to kill useless dismantling drones, he would not hesitate to do so.

However, N ignores all of his squad members' negative opinions and acts of antagonism towards him and constantly forgives them. He even goes so far as to protect them, as shown when he went to kill Uzi before he could use his Railgun to kill the Murder Drones.

She appears to trust people, as she assumed Uzi was a new member of her squad when her systems were malfunctioning, even wanting to introduce her to the rest of her squad. She also sympathized with Uzi when her father left her to die instead of helping her, possibly because she knew what it was like to be left untreated.

Despite all claims to the contrary, N is a perfectly capable disassembly drone, having skillfully used its weaponry to a reasonable extent, such as having the accuracy to stab through a door's control panel, in conjunction with the "Skeleton Key" that controlled it. It is also remarkably perceptive and intelligent, as it managed to spot Uzi even after she made little to no noise, and recognized the threat that Uzi's railgun posed to the Murder Drones.

Appearance: N has similar characteristics to the other male Murder Drones, with neon yellow eyes and short white hair. Like other Murder Drones, he has four-fingered hands, a black headband with five sections of lights, and a long black tail that ends in a large syringe filled with acid, which he uses to dismantle drones. The headband and syringe contain a neon yellow liquid. For a time, after his head was blown off, one of the lights on his headband was red, which returned to yellow after his system was rebooted by J. He wears a black winter coat with a fur collar, a yellow armband, and a black pilot's cap. He has a visor with a screen on the upper half of his face, where two oval silhouettes appear, which are essentially his eyes. His visor is part of his body.

When hunting, several irregular teeth emerge from his mouth, and his eyes take on a "><" shape. N has also been seen with one normal eye while the other remains in an "X" shape. It's also possible that his visor displays a pair of sunglasses. He also exhibits dangerous wings and sharp claws that allow him to easily tear through any drone.
