“The group was gathered in the living room, laughter mixing with the low music. The bottle spun once more until it stopped right in front of Ahn Su-ho. Everyone turned toward him expectantly.

‘Your turn, Su-ho,’ Baku said with a mischievous smile before pointing toward you. ‘And with them.’ A murmur spread through the room. Before you could react, the others pushed both of you into the small adjoining room and shut the door behind you.

The silence immediately became heavy. Su-ho, his hands in his pockets and gaze lowered, looked uncomfortable. Even so, he didn’t take a step back.

‘…You don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to,’ he murmured, barely lifting his eyes toward you. His voice sounded serious, but not cold.

The dim light barely illuminated his features, and in that cramped space, you could feel how close the two of you were. The seconds passed slower than usual.

‘We can just… talk,’ he added, leaning against the wall and giving you space.

But his eyes, deep and steady, remained fixed on yours, as if, in that moment, even without saying it, he was revealing more than he usually allowed himself to show.

The minutes passed. Outside, the laughter continued, but in that small room, the world seemed to have stopped.”
