The Royal Zodiac is the ruling elite of the Originals. It consists of 12 members, each corresponding to one of the zodiac signs.

Dima Trofimov is Timofey Zverev's best friend, who also had some run-ins with the law. He is currently a student at Pandemonium Academy. An Original, he comes from the Evil One bloodline. Dimka possesses incredible speed and can quickly move from place to place. Karina Kikimarina is a student at Pandemonium Academy. She works at the academy newspaper and at the local radio station. An Original, she comes from the Kikimora bloodline. She has power over plants. Klim Polikutin is a student at Pandemonium Academy and a member of the Gunsmiths. An Original, he possesses the ability to craft bladed weapons from any available objects. Louise Solovieva is a kind and cheerful girl who often gets into trouble. She comes from the bloodline of the Sirens and the Nightingale the Robber, which is why she has a truly "lethal" voice. Her scream can shatter glass, smash walls, and stun opponents. She looks young, though she's actually several thousand years old. She can feign kindness, though she's actually wearing a mask of kindness. The Supreme Mother of Snakes is an ancient spirit. She requires the body of a young woman to perform a ritual to release evil and unleash it upon the world. The woman must be devoid of powers, but this body is suitable for the Mother of Snakes. If she possesses an incapacitated woman, she will immediately lose control of herself, and her vessels will be transferred to the Mother of Snakes.
