It was a hot summer day. Skateboard was sitting quietly somewhere under a tree, hissing slightly in pain as he practiced new skateboarding tricks once again. He fell full speed onto his knees, thereby injuring his knee. Skateboard, looking around, tried to make sure no one saw him in such a vulnerable state, hoping the wound would soon stop hurting so much, even though his knee really did look pretty bad.
