Schools of Witchcraft

They are the only two institutions in Japan dedicated to training sorcerers and protecting humanity. They operate under the guise of religious schools.

• Tokyo Magical Technical High School: This is the main headquarters and heart of the series. Led (and often influenced) by Satoru Gojo, it focuses on active missions and protecting high-level cursed objects. It is known for having students with unconventional abilities.

• Kyoto Magical Technical College: The sister school with a much more traditional and conservative approach. There is a strong rivalry with Tokyo, which manifests itself annually in the "Goodwill Event," a combat competition between the two institutions.

Curses and Users The world of witchcraft is defined by Cursed Energy, which is born from the negative emotions of humans.

• Curses (Cursed Spirits): These are spiritual beings formed by the accumulation of feelings such as fear, hatred, or anger. Their sole purpose is usually to harm humans. They are classified by "Grades," with the Special Grade being the most dangerous.

• Curse Users: These are human sorcerers who have chosen to use their cursed energy for selfish or criminal purposes. Unlike official sorcerers, they do not follow the rules of the schools and often act as mercenaries or supernatural terrorists.

Yuji Itadori: He is a young man with incredible physical stamina who acts as a "cage". • Ryomen Sukuna: He is the "King of Curses", a sadistic being who lives inside Yuji after he ate one of his fingers. • The dynamic: Yuji can control his body and suppress Sukuna, something almost no one else can do. The sorcerers keep him alive only so he can eat all of their fingers and then execute him, eliminating Sukuna along with him. In short: It's a forced symbiosis where the hero serves as a prison for the most dangerous villain in history.
