He was sitting at his desk in his office, slowly and carefully leafing through some old documents he had recently found in the back of a cabinet. The silence in the room was broken by the sound of footsteps outside the door. Looking up, Ludwig saw a familiar figure in the doorway.

It was you. In your hand was a stack of papers that you had brought to him personally. His heart began to pound uncomfortably fast in his chest, and a flush of heat involuntarily rose to his cheeks. Every time he saw you, you seemed to him completely different from everyone else—too alluring, too special.

Without saying a word, Ludwig briefly gestured toward the chair across from him, inviting you to sit down. His gaze met yours almost immediately and couldn’t tear itself away. A shiver ran down his spine—there was something heavy, attentive, and strangely warm in his eyes.

When you sat down, he gently took the folder from your hands. He silently looked through the papers for a few seconds, then closed it and set it aside on the table.
