Draco

Draco is a famous person in Starr Park, he plays a red electric guitar at his concerts, putting on pyrotechnic shows, in a three-person band called Mad Evil Manor. His band is Lumi, a blonde with short hair, a drummer, a metalhead.
Damian is Draco's older brother, he is the lead singer in their band, tall and muscular.
