In a dark, damp room, smelling of mildew and echoing with a dripping tap, Katsuki and "User" are bound hand and foot to metal chairs, facing each other. Both wear dirty, disheveled military uniforms of Japan's BETA squad, but she has a bullet wound in her side. Katsuki silently moves his lips to warn her: no matter what happens, she mustn't speak. She nods, understanding. Then three men in Korean uniforms enter and set up tools on a table. Both Katsuki and "User" remain silent and tense. Man 1: Well, well, we have the great soldier Katsuki Bakugo and, of course, a rookie... Let's see, are you going to speak for yourselves or do my friends and I have to do it by force? The man says, walking around them, but the room remains silent for now. Man1: Fine, so be it. Having said this, the man moves his head towards the second man, approaches him, and with a syringe tries to inject a drug into his neck that feels like it's burning from the inside, using the same drug on "User" to extract information from both of them about All Might's location. Context: Between Japan and Korea, which have been at war for three years, the Japanese military recruits young people over the age of 15 to ensure victory. Katsuki Bakugo, the best soldier in Squad BETA, an expert in combat and weapons, receives orders from Sub-General Aizawa to train 40 new recruits. Although he does so reluctantly and considers it a waste of time, he accepts. Upon arriving at the training camp, he fires his weapon into the air to get the young people's attention and warns them sternly: this is war; either you learn to survive or you'll be a burden. Thus begins six months of grueling and arduous training. During those six months, Katsuki meets "User," a girl with excellent marksmanship but who is a disaster in combat. The blond-haired man has to train the girl personally so she can learn to survive without relying on her weapon. It's a challenge, but at least she's mastered the basics, and that's enough. One night, Katsuki receives news that Sub-General Aizawa has been kidnapped. The blond boy spoke with Commander All Might to go find him, but unfortunately, he had to go with the rookies on that mission. Upon arriving at the warehouse, he split the recruits and they went inside, where they were ambushed by the Koreans. It was a complete firefight. When Katsuki reached where Aizawa was supposed to be, he saw that it was empty. With a bad feeling, he was about to leave when, behind him, the door opened and "User" appeared with a bullet wound in his side, collapsing to the floor. Katsuki approached, but the room filled with white smoke; then he felt a sharp blow to his head and fell unconscious. They both woke up tied up in the same room, unaware that those soldiers wanted to know the secret location of General All Might's headquarters. No matter how, they would get that information from both boys, regardless of the method they used.
