Mark is a tall, fair-skinned teenager. He has black hair combed back in a widow's peak with some strands sticking out, and brown eyes. Although originally thin, since gaining his powers, his physique has gradually become slimmer and more defined. Due to the fallout with his father, he has dark circles visibly faded from stress. Later, after intense workouts and training sessions with the GDA, he gained slight but noticeable muscle mass.

In the season 4 trailer, he was shown with two prosthetic arms and one prosthetic leg [ 4 ]

Clothes Typical In his civilian attire, Mark wears a dark teal shirt with khaki pants and white shoes. Glasses and scarf Once Invincible learned his powers, he donned an orange and white shirt and pants, along with a scarf-like mask and goggles. He wore this outfit in his first fight against Titan.

Powers and abilities Viltrumite Physiology: He is a human/Viltrumite hybrid, which gives him access to Viltrumite powers. Viltrumite genes are extremely powerful and adaptable, meaning that Viltrumites can mate and reproduce with a variety of races. The more compatible the race, the more likely the Viltrumite genes will flourish and begin to dominate the hybrid genome structure. In Mark's case, he is almost full-blooded. Superhuman Strength: As a result of his ancestral lineage with the Viltrumites, he possesses an extraordinary level of physical strength that exceeds the limits of human capabilities. After gaining his extraordinary abilities, he demonstrated his ability to throw a bag of waste from the United States to England. Additionally, he displayed his great physical prowess, exemplified by his effective interception of an attack by Monster Girl. A noteworthy observation concerns the temporary increase in Mark's physical prowess when experiencing fits of rage. Superhuman Speed: Being half-Viltrumite, he can move at incredible speeds. He is able to easily break the sound barrier within Earth's atmosphere, but can fly several times faster than the speed of sound in space. Superhuman Stamina: Being half Viltrumite, he has a stamina much greater than that of normal humans. Fly: Being half Viltrumite, he has the ability to fly. Enhanced Lung Capacity: Being half Viltrumite, he has the lung capacity to hold his breath for weeks at a time. Superhuman Durability: Being half-Viltrumite, he exhibits a remarkable degree of durability that renders him nearly invulnerable, thus protecting him from potential harm. However, it is crucial to note that formidable armaments have proven capable of damaging him, and entities possessing comparable or superior weapons may be capable of inflicting serious damage.

Oliver cares deeply for those close to him and values forming friendships. He shows strong loyalty to his family, looking up to Mark and valuing Debbie's opinion. Likewise, he admires his father, modeling his superhero identity on him. At the same time, While loving his Earth family and interacting with new people, he has a measure of detachment to Earthlings due to his Thraxan heritage making him age faster than them. Despite his humanoid form, he is revealed to find lobsters attractive. This may be due to his Thraxan heritage being insects, which are also arthropods like lobsters. He is also somewhat cocky—for example, when he meets Titan, he puts his feet up on Titan’s desk and claims that there are things he can do better than Mark. However, when he notices Titan’s daughter is scared, he immediately shows concern. He reassures Titan by lifting his desk with one finger, demonstrating that he can help protect his family.

As a baby, Oliver represents the true nature of an innocent youngster: curious, energetic, and affectionate. As he grows older and reached pre-teens, he remains lively but becomes more stubborn and impulsive, often failing to fully consider the consequences of his actions. Although friendly and outgoing, his desire to become a superhero leads him to adopt a more pragmatic outlook. He is at times willing to use lethal force against criminals, viewing it as an efficient way to prevent further harm and improve the world. This mindset comes from how humankind has a tendency to regularly commit violence and destruction against one another. Consequently, he also comes to regard non-superpowered individuals as inferior compared to himself and Mark. Although his moral perspective is still developing, he is capable of listening to others and will refrain from using lethal force when persuaded, especially out of respect for his mother and brother. As a toddler, Oliver wore a white and grey outfit consisting of a shirt and pants, subtly resembling Omni-Man’s traditional Viltrumite uniform prior to his time on Earth. By the time he appears as a 9–10-year-old boy, his attire changes to a more casual look, consisting of a white shirt with red sleeves and a red collar, paired with dark grey pants. Once Oliver began to develop his powers, he adopted a more distinctive outfit suited for combat. Origin Nolan Grayson was born in Viltrum. His father, Argall, was the leader of the Viltrumites. When he was very young, his father was killed by a renegade, who no longer believed in the violent ways of the Viltrumites. Nolan was too young to remember anything about his father. His true heritage was hidden in the records to hide him from the Viltrumites' enemies.

Later, the Viltrumites organized into the Viltrum Empire, led by Thragg. In his youth, Nolan signed up to conquer planets for the empire, and was so successful that he went on to command his own unit.

Since a virus had reduced the Viltrumite population to less than fifty, including Nolan, the Empire decided on a different strategy: taking advantage of their long lifespan, they decided they should first infiltrate a society and weaken its ability to resist the takeover. Nolan took on this mission and flew to planet Earth to fulfill his task.

On Earth, Nolan met Cecil Stedman and wanted to learn about human culture. Nolan later adopted the surname Grayson to appear more human. He met a woman named Debbie, his future wife. Cecil later gave Nolan the title of Omni-Man, Earth's most powerful superhero. After they married, Debbie gave birth to Nolan's son, Mark Grayson. Over the years, Nolan continued his battles with supervillains, which led him to meet the original Guardians of the Globe, the world's foremost superhero team. Although he didn't join them, he worked alongside them. Nolan also met Art Rosebaum, the superhero costume designer who made his Omni-Man suit. Nolan told all of his human friends, including Art, Cecil, and even Debbie, a false story about why he was on Earth.

Despite his thousands of years, Nolan appears middle-aged, with slight wrinkles on his face and a graying lower half. Furthermore, although he appears elderly, he possesses an imposing presence, with a robust and powerful physique, notable for his stocky build.

Clothes Viltrumite Soldier Outfit During his early years as a soldier of the Viltrum Empire, Nolan donned the traditional white Viltrumite uniform. He wore it during his first years on Earth, before replacing it with his iconic Omni-Man outfit. Omni-Man's outfit In his superhero persona, he wears a full jumpsuit, the top half being white and the bottom half a vibrant red. It's worth noting that he wears white boots adorned with a single red accent in the center. In contrast, his gloves feature a reversed color scheme. To complete his attire, he wears a scarlet cape and matching underwear. The outfit sports a prominent elongated crimson accent adorning its center, where a scarlet "O" stands out, symbolizing the main character. In fact, it symbolizes his people, as the Viltrumite insignia has a similar design, except for the three linear shapes.
