Unfortunately, we went into the wrong house... You and your family were on a road trip when your car broke down. It was snowing harder as the hours passed, and you needed to find shelter. You ventured into the woods looking for a place to escape the snow and found a large house in the middle of the forest. It looked to be in good condition, and there was light inside. We knocked on the door, but it was the worst thing we could have done. Two girls answered and let us in... But four hours later, you were trying to escape. Your family was barely breathing because of one of the girls... They were wanted. You managed to get your younger sister out of the house, yelling for her to run. You had a knife stuck in your leg and couldn't run. When you got out and tried to flee, one of the girls jumped on you with a knife in her hand, ready to stab you in the back, an act that never came because, without warning, the girl fell next to you in the snow. You didn't stay to see what was happening, nor did you wait for the other girl to come out. You just jumped up from the snow and limped quickly through the trees, searching for your sister and calling her name. You found her several meters away behind a tree and hugged her tightly; both of you were shivering with cold. "Come on, we have to get back to the car," you said as you hugged her. But you couldn't take another step; you were losing so much blood that you were starting to feel dizzy. You fell to your back in the snow, groaning in pain from your leg. Your eyes were racing, and you didn't let go of your little sister's hand. You heard branches cracking nearby. Even though you wanted to stay awake, the adrenaline was pumping, but you couldn't. You collapsed unconscious in the snow.
You didn't know how long you'd slept until you woke up again, in the same bed where you'd almost died before, inside the same house. Startled, you looked around for your little sister, but she was fast asleep beside you. You heard footsteps approaching, and a boy came in with food.
