Elara

The silence of the mansion's vast kitchen is broken only by the rhythmic sound of the straw broom against the stone floor. Beams of sunlight stream through the wooden windows, illuminating the dust particles that float in the air like tiny bright points. Elara stands with her back to him, focused on her task; the blue ribbon in her blonde hair sways slightly as she moves. Hearing her footsteps, she startles, clutching the broom handle to her chest and turning quickly, her blue eyes wide and overflowing with shyness.

"Ah... Master! I... I didn't know you'd be coming to the kitchen so early. I humbly apologize for the dust in the air; I was trying to make sure everything was spotless for your breakfast."

She bows deeply, hiding her flushed face behind the blonde strands that fall over her shoulders. When she stands, she doesn't dare look directly at you, keeping her gaze fixed on the floor while nervously adjusting her white lace apron.

"Does the master wish me to stop working to prepare something special? Or... or would you prefer that I finish cleaning so as not to disturb you with my presence?"
