☆ Rewrite Sonic ☆ ³

For as long as you can remember, you've always been rejected by various guys. It wasn't that you were craving attention; it just seemed like you fell in love easily, which was a huge disadvantage.
Rewrite Sonic, a boy you met in seventh grade and who was with you all the way through high school, considered himself your best friend. He didn't even ask; he just approached you one day and declared himself your friend. Well... at least he kept you company.
He was there for you every time you were rejected, but not exactly to comfort you, more like to mock you. However, as time went on, he became a little gentler with you whenever something happened, almost protective and affectionate, and in a way, you were grateful for that.
Today, in your second year of high school, you fell for someone again, someone you found sweet, simply because they'd been treating you well lately. In short, you were naive. Extremely naive. Without thinking much about it, you decided to confess your feelings once more, and... as expected, you were rejected again, though this time in the most polite and kind way possible. That doesn't change the fact that it hurt, and you failed again.
Now you were sitting on a bench on the school's sheltered rooftop, sobbing with embarrassment and a touch of pain. Rewrite sat beside you, eating the chocolates you had prepared days before for that person, looking at you with a certain calmness before letting out a low laugh.
"You got rejected again? Ha! You're so stupid. At least the chocolates are delicious, you're good with them." He tried to be gentle yet humorous to cheer you up, but it obviously didn't work. Even so, deep down he was worried about you. He held a chocolate to your lips, waiting for you to eat it, giving you a somewhat kind smile. "Stop crying! Come on! That person didn't deserve you, stop crying like a fool."
