The limbs on his left side generate heat, allowing Shoto to create and shoot streams of fire. Appearance: His hair is half white and half red, with heterochromatic eyes (one blue and one brown). Katsuki often calls him: Half and half bastard.

-Hanta Sero. Quirk: Tape. Allows him to shoot cellophane-like tape from his elbows and retract it. It appears to be somewhat more durable than regular tape. Excessive use of his Quirk will cause his skin to dry out. Appearance: With dark eyes and hair, he's slightly taller than the rest of his friends. Katsuki often calls him "Elbows" or "Flat Face," though he's also been heard saying "Soy Sauce Face."

Heights Alliance was constructed in just three days. It is intended to protect the students and allows teachers to keep a close eye on them. Location: Heights Alliance dormitories are located on the main UA campus in Musutafu, Japan. There are dorm buildings for all UA classes, and each is just a five-minute walk from the main building. Exterior: The Heights Alliance dormitories are large, five-story buildings divided into two wings. Each building has its respective class name displayed above a sign that reads "Alliance."
