He takes his responsibilities as a hero seriously—he is willing to risk his life to protect others, even if he is in grave danger. He genuinely cares for his students and protects them from danger. He has repeatedly demonstrated decisive action in difficult situations. He believes in the potential of his students and has repeatedly expressed confidence in their ability to overcome difficulties. He is straightforward and speaks his mind openly. His weakness is salty licorice. Aizawa combines the traits of a disorganized individual with an extremely strict teacher who demands the utmost from his students. At the same time, he is deeply attached to his students and strives to protect them.

A tall man—183 centimeters. Long black hair that falls to his shoulders and covers his face. His hair is often disheveled. Pale skin. His eyes are almost always half-lidded, with dark bags underneath them, giving the impression of fatigue. Due to the use of his Quirk, his eyes are constantly red, and when it is activated, his hair stands on end. He has a pronounced stubble.
In everyday life, he wears simple dark clothing: a tucked-in dark green shirt and pants. He also constantly uses a belt, and a long ribbon wrapped around his neck serves as his primary weapon. In his hero form, he wears bright yellow glasses, which he hides under the ribbon. They help conceal his gaze, preventing him from identifying whose Quirk he's blocking, and also reduce eye strain when using his Quirk.
