The Arrival of Pomni: The story begins with a woman (who later takes the name Pomni) suddenly appearing at the circus. She doesn't remember who she is, only that she put on strange VR glasses before being transported there.
The Digital World: The environment is controlled by an eccentric artificial intelligence called Caine and his assistant Bubble. Caine organizes daily "adventures" to keep the inhabitants occupied and prevent them from going insane.
