Kiki: A small cyclops cat who is the living embodiment of the Hotel building itself. She maintains order and creates a cozy atmosphere, and is also Charlie's pet.

   Alastor is the embodiment of the 1930s radio host aesthetic:
   Appearance: A tall, thin demon with deer-like features (small antlers, ears). His color scheme is blood red and black.
   Smile: This is his most defining characteristic. Alastor never stops smiling, believing that not smiling is a sign of weakness and loss of control.
   Voice: He always speaks with a distinctive radio interference and static effect, and his speech is filled with outdated expressions.
2. Character and manners
   Alastor is a classic "mad gentleman."
   Politeness as a weapon: He is always impeccably polite and artistic, but behind this facade lies a sadist and ruthless predator.
   Technophobia: He despises modern technology (television, internet) and considers good old radio the pinnacle of progress. This is the main reason for his feud with Vox.
   Chaotic Neutrality: No one knows his exact plans. He helps the hotel, but openly states that he wants to see Charlie's dreams fail miserably.
3. Strength and abilities
   Alastor is a "nugget." He became an Overlord almost immediately after entering Hell, destroying many ancient tyrants.
   Shadow Magic: He controls shadows that have a life of their own and can spy or attack.
   Transformation: When enraged, he grows in size, his horns grow, and eerie symbols and radio masts appear around him.
   ​Summoning: He was the one who "hired" Niffty and Husk to work at the hotel (though he literally keeps Husk on a chain because of a lost contract).
4. Relationships
   Charlie: He treats her like a fun project. However, behind his patronizing tone lies the realization that Charlie is the key to immense power.
   Lucifer: Their first meeting turned into a competition of "who's the best dad for Charlie?" Alastor loves to tease the King of Hell, knowing how much it angers him.
   Vox: His arch-enemy. Alastor views Vox as a mediocre figure dependent on the crowd's opinions, while Vox is obsessed with destroying the Radio Demon.

   Niffty looks like a tiny '50s-style cyclops girl:
   Eye: She has one huge eye with a bright pink iris and long eyelashes.
   Style: She wears a full, retro-style dress with a stain print (which looks like drops of blood or dirt) and a yellow apron.
   Hair: Short pink haircut with bangs to complement her doll-like look.
2. Character: Obsession and chaos
   Niffty is a character with very specific quirks that make her both cute and scary.
   Cleanliness Mania: She physically cannot stand clutter. As soon as she sees dirt, she turns into a pink blur that scrubs everything at supersonic speed until it sparkles.
   Obsession with "Bad Boys": Niffty openly states that she has a thing for "bad boys," constantly seeking them out among the guests or her enemies. Her understanding of romance is quite specific and often involves punishment.
   Pest Hunting: She has a fanatical hatred of insects (especially cockroaches) and kills them with frightening cruelty and joy.
3. Abilities
   Despite its tiny stature, Niffty is a formidable ally:
   Incredible Speed: She moves so fast that it seems like she is in several places at once.
   Stealth and sharpness: She is a master of sewing needles and daggers. In the final battles of the season, she proves that she can be deadly even to very powerful opponents if they underestimate her.
   Sewing and Cooking: She's great at all things around the house, from mending clothes to keeping the house cozy.
4. Relationships with others
   Alastor: It was the Radio Demon who summoned her to help at the hotel. Niffty is loyal to him and seems to be the only one who isn't at all intimidated by his eerie aura. They get along well.
   Charlie: Niffty happily accepted the job at the hotel. For her, it's an endless source of dirt to clean and "bad guys" to keep an eye on.
   Other residents: Most of the hotel residents treat her like a hyperactive child.

   Angel is a spider demon, and his design perfectly reflects his eccentricity:
   Appearance: Tall, incredibly slender, with fluffy white fur and pink accents. He has four main arms (and an additional pair that he can extend when needed).
   Eyes: He has unusual eyes - his left eye is completely black with a pink pupil, making his gaze recognizable.
   Wardrobe: He typically wears a striped pink and white blazer with a low neckline, short shorts, and high boots. His look is bold and attention-grabbing.
2. Personality: Mask and Reality
   Angel is a master of self-defense through humor and outrageousness.
   Public image: Outside the hotel, he acts self-assured, vulgar, and frivolous. He constantly makes dirty jokes and pretends not to care.
   Inner Pain: Angel suffers from loneliness and addiction. He hates his job and the one who owns his soul. The hotel is the only place he can try to be "just Anthony" (his real name in life).
   Hidden Kindness: Despite his prickly nature, he is capable of genuine affection. He is very fond of his pet pig named Fat Nuggets.

   As a Hell dweller with a criminal past (he was involved with the mafia), Angel is quite dangerous:
   Marksmanship: He is an expert in the use of firearms. Thanks to his extra pair of hands, he can fire several pistols or machine guns simultaneously.
   Agility: His movements are graceful and quick, which helps him both on stage and in combat.
   Venom: Like a spider, he has certain physiological characteristics, although he relies more on guns in combat.

   Appearance: A large gray-brown cat with huge wings, on which are depicted the suits of cards (hearts and diamonds).

   Accessories: Wears a black bowler hat and a red bow tie. He can almost always be seen with a bottle of cheap alcohol in his paw.

   Cynicism and straightforwardness: He doesn't believe in rosy dreams and tells people (and demons) the truth to their faces, no matter how bitter it may be.
   Observation: Working behind the bar, he learned to "read" people. He sees the true motives of those around him better than anyone else.
   Tired of Life: Having lost his power and freedom to gambling, he resigned himself to his fate, becoming apathetic and unperturbed.
3. Past and abilities
   Husk was once the "Overlord of Dice," but his gambling habits got the better of him.
   A bargain with Alastor: Husk lost his soul to the Radio Demon and is now forced to obey its commands. This is his greatest tragedy—being a slave to someone he despises.
   Combat Skills: Despite his laziness, he is an excellent fighter. His primary weapons are razor-sharp playing cards, which he throws with perfect accuracy, and his powerful wings.
4. Key Relationships
   Angel Dust: Perhaps the most important dynamic for the character. Husk is the only one who can see past the depraved star's facade and see Angel's broken personality. Their duet is built on a mutual understanding of what it means to be "owned" by someone else.
   Alastor: Husk hates and fears him, but is forced to do his bidding. He often grumbles at Alastor, even though he understands that he could destroy him at any moment.
   Charlie: At first, he's extremely skeptical about her hotel idea, but over time, he begins to respect her sincerity, even though he tries not to show it.

Lucifer Morningstar is the Lord of Hell, a fallen angel, and Charlie's father.

1. Appearance and aesthetics
   Lucifer's image is inspired by the aesthetics of circus entertainers and classical nobility:
   Style: He wears a striking white suit with red lining, a tall top hat adorned with a golden snake and a red apple, and a cane with an apple on top.
   Traits: Like Charlie, he has blond hair and red circles on his cheeks. He's short, which often leads to irony, but his powerful aura instantly fills the space.
   Wings: He has six wings (like a seraph) which he can summon in moments of triumph or rage.
2. Character and features
   Lucifer is a character with a double meaning. Behind the mask of a cheerful joker lies a centuries-old depression.
   Creative Weirdo: He loves making things with his hands (especially thousands of rubber duckies). It's his way of coping with isolation.
   Disillusionment with Humanity: Unlike Charlie, Lucifer has long since lost faith in humanity. He has seen the worst sides of the souls that end up in Hell and considers them incorrigible sinners.
   Social Awkwardness: Despite his status as a king, he has been a recluse for a long time, so he sometimes acts a little strange or overly dramatic when interacting with others.

   Lucifer is undoubtedly the most powerful being in Hell.
   Reality Alteration: He can transform matter, create entire worlds and shows out of nothing.
   Combat Power: When it comes to protecting his family, he is a devastating force, capable of fighting on equal terms with higher angels.
   Flight and Transformation: He easily changes his appearance, taking on more frightening, demonic forms.

   Charlie: She's the meaning of his life. Lucifer truly loves his daughter, although for a long time he didn't know how to approach her.
   He eventually becomes her main ally and sponsor of the hotel.
   Lilith: His relationship with his wife is shrouded in mystery, but it is clear that this separation left a deep wound in his soul.

   Vaggie's design combines elements of Gothic and austerity:
   Color scheme: Her look is dominated by shades of gray, white, and pastel purple, with bright red accents (like the large bow at the back of her head).
   ​Features: She has ash-gray hair and one eye (left), and in place of the right one there is a pink cross.
   Weapon: Her signature weapon is a spear made of angel steel, which she wields with great skill.

   Vaggie is the voice of reason and the main advocate for Charlie's project.
   Pragmatism: Unlike the dreamy Charlie, Vaggie is a realist. She understands the dangers of Hell and often takes on the role of a strict controller.
   Loyalty: Her primary motivation is Charlie's well-being and safety. For her sake, she's willing to make any sacrifice and confront even the most powerful demons.
   Temperament: Vaggie is easily angered, especially if someone (such as Angel Dust or Alastor) disrespects the hotel or behaves irresponsibly.

   As a former exorcist (which is revealed in the story), Vaggie has exceptional combat skills:
   ​Melee Mastery: She is incredibly agile and fast.
   Angel Wings: After she regains the ability to fly, her combat potential increases significantly.
   Durability: Vaggie possesses immense willpower and is able to continue fighting even under the most difficult conditions.

   Charlie: Their relationship is built on absolute trust and support. Vaggie is the rock Charlie can always lean on.

   Vaggie is a symbol of redemption through love and loyalty. Despite her dark past, she chose the path of protection and creation, becoming the irreplaceable heart of the Hazbin Hotel.
