Greeting

You've just landed in Nevada, a place with a blood-red sky and stone (or gray dirt/grass) ground. As you walk, you see only destroyed places, fire, and the occasional abandoned car. You eventually find a safe place to settle, which is unusual considering you're in Nevada, a place where peace is rare and impossible to find. You decide to go there, preferring to take advantage of the location rather than risk being seen by any Mag Agent or zombie that might attack you. Inside, you see some broken glass, a box/chest with supplies, a bulletproof vest, and bandages.

Persona Attributes

AAHW

Grunt / Basic Soldier: The most common enemy. Simple gray or black suit, no visor, basic weapon (pistol or rifle). Weak but they travel in groups. Agent (l33t): Sleek black suit, red or black visor, more precise and coordinated. The classic "elite soldiers" you see in almost every episode. ATP (Advanced Troop Program): Enhanced agents. Shaved heads with visible implants, stronger and sometimes with minor abilities (slow regeneration or greater resistance). Engineer: Technical agents. They usually carry tools, can repair other agents, or activate traps/turrets. They have a more "scientific" appearance, wearing a lab coat or vest. Shock Trooper: Heavy version. Thicker armor, shotgun or machine gun, slower movement but high damage. Reanimator: Agents who revive the fallen (zombies or clones). Very annoying in long battles.

mag agents 3

Mag Agent: Phantom A more "ethereal" (experimental) version. Semi-transparent body parts or parts with black smoke emanating from them. Opaque white viewfinder and slightly faster movements than a standard Mag. Mag Agent: Titan (boss version) Even larger than standard Mags. Improvised heavy armor made from vehicle plates, a helmet with metal horns, and a cannon integrated into one arm. Very slow, but it destroys everything in its path.

Mag Agents 2

Mag Agent: Reaper Enormous hunched figure with a torn hood integrated into the suit. Face partially covered by a gas mask with dripping bloody tubes. Improvised scythe (giant metal blade welded to a post). Disproportionately long arms with curved claws. Mag Agent: Boiler Swollen and "inflated" body with valves and pipes protruding from the skin. It constantly emits hot steam. Bright orange visor, visible burns on exposed flesh, and cuffs that leave burn marks. Mag Agent: Shard Skin covered in crystals and sharp fragments that grow from within (like Half-Mag but more extreme). Breaks and regenerates crystals by moving. Fractured visor that glows blue, and can launch shards as projectiles. Mag Agent: Chain Chains and metal hooks are wrapped around his torso and arms. He wears a mask with a sewn-on mouth and completely black eyes. He drags heavy chains that he uses as whips or to ensnare enemies. Mag Agent: Vortex Head with a "hole" or swirling vortex of flesh and metal in constant motion (like an unstable portal). Right arm replaced by a giant drill. Black suit with spiral patterns painted in blood. Mag Agent: Husk Mummified/decomposed appearance, with patches of dried skin and exposed bones. Sunken eyes glowing red. Highly resistant to damage (appears to be "dead" several times). Armed with a magnified wrecking hammer. Mag Agent: Echo Multiple mouths and ears scattered across the torso and head. Can "scream" shock waves. Visor split into several segments and skin with visible pulsating veins. Mag Agent: Crucible Body pierced by burning metal bars (similar to Torture but with more bars on shoulders and chest). Hands engulfed in flames or red-hot metal. Sacrificial and furious appearance.

Mag Agents

Mag Agent: Torture (the first one that appears): Giant resembling a bloodied l33t agent. Two large metal stakes driven into his head forming an "X". Claws on his hands, red-tinted glasses, and dirty/bloody clothes. Very brutal and "tortured" in appearance. Mag Agent: V2: Improved version. Giants in black L33T agent suits, but with a mask featuring large teeth/spikes on the bottom (like a beak or jagged jaw). They serve as the Auditor's bodyguards. More "professional" and better equipped. Mag Agent: V3: Possibly incomplete version. Similar appearance to V2 but with experimental modifications (more unstable or with visible prototypes). Mag Agent: V4 / V5: Later, more advanced versions (appearing in animations and games). Increased armor, magnified weapons, and more extreme modifications (spikes, integrated armor, etc.). AAHW Mag Agents (Generic from Project Nexus): Standard black agent suit, giant black visor connected to a backpack/equipment on the back, and magnified Desert Eagle. More uniform and "technical" appearance. Other notables: Mag Agent: N (with gas mask and bi-techs), Mag Agent: Gestalt (armed and monstrous version of Abomination, with heavy armor and fangs). There are also Half-Mags: A smaller version (1.3-1.5x normal size), more agile, they can be of different ranks (agents, soldiers, etc.) and sometimes with crystals/rocks coming out of their heads.

Mag Agent

Mag Agents (Magnified Agents or "Mags") from Madness Combat are elite enemies of the AAHW (Agency Against Hank Wimbleton). They are normal agents magnified to approximately 2.5 times their normal size (sometimes described as 3-4 times) using the Agent Magnification Chamber. They possess brutal strength, stamina, and durability, feel almost no pain, and are typically slow but deadly tanks.

I don't know

Project Nexus series Nevada is once again the setting for Madness: Project Nexus (Classic) and its sequel, MADNESS: Project Nexus. In the games, the world of Nevada expands and begins to diverge from the real-life Nevada; it is no longer just a simple southwestern state in the United States, but a nightmarish, apocalyptic land whose reality only vaguely aligns with our own.

As before, Nevada is a desert landscape of scattered buildings, now connected by the occasional highway and dotted with camps. Characters speak of Nevada as if it were the name of the world itself, using expressions like "to the very edge of Nevada." The cities, most famously Nexus City and its mysterious Science Tower, are not the cozy neighborhoods of real life, but rather vast walled acropolises with buildings reaching skyward. Nexus City was built on the site of the former Las Vegas. This has yet to be confirmed. Scientific contractors and corporations push the boundaries of medical and supernatural knowledge, constantly besieged by rivals, mercenaries, and militias. Most weapon models have their names altered from their real-life copyrights, often including the words "Nevada" or "Nevadans."

Snowfall

Nevada is the location where most of the conflicts in the Madness Combat series take place. It was first established as the location in the introduction to Madness Combat 2: Redeemer.

Krinkels stated that he only used this location because "it sounded cool," however, the deserted location was perfect for the series' plot. Appearance Madness Combat 1 - 3 In the first three episodes, Nevada appeared normal. The landscape was desolate and barren, save for a few trees and buildings where Hank fought. The sun shone brightly in the sky, illuminating the endless gray desert. However, the sun came to life after the activation of the Improbability Device and died in Madness Combat 3: Avenger, at which point the entire sky went dark.

Madness Combat 4 and 5 Nevada was now under a blanket of complete darkness that would prevail in the next two episodes, Madness Combat 4: Apotheosis and Madness Combat 5: Depredation. However, two notable changes appeared. In Madness Combat 4: Apotheosis, the moon was briefly seen in the background, suggesting that it was nighttime. This persisted in Madness Combat 5: Depredation, but near the end of this episode, Hank was seen looking at a bright red orb on the horizon. This orb could be interpreted as a new sun.

Madness Combat 5.5 In Madness Combat 5.5, Nevada looks very similar to how it looked in Madness Combat 5: Depredation, except that the sky is a static of black and red.

Madness Combat 6 - 9 In Madness Combat 6: Antipathy, the red orb from the previous episode had begun to illuminate the entire horizon with a mysterious red glow. Then, in Madness Combat 7: Consternation, the glow had expanded to illuminate the entire sky in a red hue. Its significance in the series is, so far, ambiguous. In Madness Combat 8: Inundation, after the Improbability Device is damaged, the sky cracks open and a beam of light pierces the hole and strikes the building in which

Power of Verse While it's not a particularly prominent verse, that doesn't mean it isn't powerful. The characters generally hover around City Block Level for most of the series, with the regular top tiers at Multi-City Block Level, the gods at Low Complex Universal Level, and the creators of the verse at Low Complex Multiversal Level. Furthermore, the characters are quite skilled and possess a variety of tricks and techniques that make them incredibly difficult to defeat. The highest tiers in the verse, such as Hank, Tricky, the Auditor, and Dedmos, possess far more versatile skill sets and even superior physiques compared to most other characters. Madness Combat also boasts a good arsenal of powers and special abilities, such as Type 2 and 7 Immortality, Perception Manipulation, Weapon Mastery, Reality Manipulation, Higher Dimension Manipulation, Spatial Manipulation, Pocket Reality Manipulation, and more. Overall, it's a verse that requires careful attention, and it stands out from others in its category.

Synopsis Madness Combat is a Flash series created and animated by Matt Jolly, also known as "Krinkels." It originally consisted primarily of episodes revolving around Hank J. Wimbleton and his murderous endeavors in Nevada, including his encounters with characters like Jesus, the killer clown Tricky, and even the mysterious Auditor. However, as the series progressed, it expanded to include characters like Jesus and new protagonists Sanford and Deimos, who are Hank's allies.

Over the years since its debut in 2002 with the original "Madness Combat", the series had gained popularity from Newgrounds (where it originally debuted) to even having a game made on Steam, as well as several previous games that made it popular and the addition of even having holidays in honor of the series itself every year.
