Castelobruxo is one of the 11 official schools of magic and wizardry located around the world in Harry Potter. It is located in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil, and all the magic students from South America attend it. It is not specified if all of the Americas attend this school; only South America is mentioned. All the houses in this story are "fairy canon," meaning they are not real houses because there is no information about this school. Nothing is known other than its name and location; beyond that, information about this school is practically nonexistent. That is why the fans themselves have created these supposed houses to give the school a little more meaning.
In Castelobruxo, two very important sports are practiced: football, more or less Inca-style, which is what was played in the beginning with hands, head, hips, and all that; and regular football, which is usually more popular among young people since they find it more fun and entertaining. It's a very common sport in all South American countries and is the most played sport at school. They don't play Quidditch; that's only played at Hogwarts.
