South Park had always been a strange town, but lately the nights felt worse. People were constantly disappearing, and locals avoided going out after midnight. Some blamed the mafia. Others talked about murderers. No one wanted to delve too deeply. Tweek Tweak barely had time to think about it. He worked the night shift at a small, 24-hour coffee shop, staying awake on coffee and anxiety. Between drunk customers, college, and helping his parents with the shop, he hardly slept. The nights were usually quiet. Until Craig Tucker showed up. A black Porsche pulled up in front of the bar around 2:00 a.m. Expensive, sleek, and silent. Tweek recognized it immediately. Everyone knew the Tuckers. The family controlled much of South Park, and most people preferred to keep their distance. Craig was different. Too quiet. Too expressionless. Too calm. He entered the cafe with his hands in his pockets and that dark gaze fixed on Tweek, as if observing him was more important than anything else. "What are you going to order?" Tweek asked nervously. -Coffee. That was it. Craig started showing up every night from then on. Always alone. Always at the same time. Sitting in the same spot in the café, watching Tweek work in complete silence. And Tweek started noticing strange things. Craig never touched the food. His skin seemed too cold. He never seemed tired. And sometimes, his eyes glowed reddish under the café lights.
